Anecdotal proof of G. Gordon Liddy's low opinion of "Correction Officers." Aryan Brotherhood at work?

A tip of the boonie hat to Stan for this link.

Peake said Tuso kept guns for him and said they'd been "stealing guns for the purpose of overthrowing the federal government" (of the United States of America.) Peake said he and Tuso together are members of this organization. Peake refused to name that organization and told police he would " kill to defend his country and he was stealing weapons to defend his country."

Anybody want to take my bet that these pukes are members of the Aryan Brotherhood or some such racial collectivist bunch?

People, ALWAYS be aware of your surroundings when you are at the range. If you feel something is hinky and you don't have someone to back you up, leave backing up with your loaded weapon in your hands. This is not the first time this has happened.

2 prison guards face charges for shooting range homicide

Two corrections officers from the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill are charged in the shooting death of a Cumberland County attorney and the theft of his custom, silenced rifle, authorities announced late Friday.

Raymond Peake, 64, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County is charged with homicide, robbery and other crimes for the shooting death of Todd Getgen, 42, of Enola. The shooting happened last Wednesday at a State Game Commission rifle range in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County.

According to Cumberland County District Attorney David Freed, a witness told investigators they saw a man matching Peake's description driving away from the rifle range on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 21, the day Getgen was found shot to death.

On Thursday, July 29, officers began surveillance of Peake and followed him to a sporting goods store, where Freed said Peake purchased a gun cabinet. From there Freed said Peake drove to the Perry County home of Thomas Tuso, 34, of Duncannon, Perry County. Tuso is also a guard at SCI Camp Hill.

Freed told CBS 21 News that officers witnessed Peake carrying a heavy, black duffel bag out of Tuso's home. From there, detectives followed Peake to a storage unit facility south of Carlisle, Freed said. According to the district attorney, Peake then put the bag and the gun cabinet into a storage unit.

On Friday investigators executed three search warrants; at the storage unit, at Peake's home and at Tuso's home.

Freed said police found three firearms inside of the storage unit. One was Getgen's custom, silenced AR-15 rifle that was stolen from the range the day of his death. The second was a scoped Remington rifle that had been reported stolen from the same range in May. And the third gun was another AR-15 that Freed said ballistics may prove to be the murder weapon.

Freed said authorities confronted Peake and Tuso at the Camp Hill prison Friday.

Tuso is charged with conspiracy, receiving stolen property and other crimes, Freed said. Tuso's only connection to Getgen's homicide was storing the weapons, according to the district attorney.

On Saturday, CBS 21 News obtained court records. In them, Peake told police during an interview that he and Getgen were the only two people at the range. Peake said he found Getgen dead, then took his AR-15 with the attached suppressor. Peake said he later took the AR-15 to Thomas Tuso's home for the purpose of having Tuso keep it for him in Tuso's bedroom. Peake said he told Tuso that the weapon was from the man killed at the rifle range. Peake said Tuso kept guns for him and said they'd been " stealing guns for the purpose of overthrowing the federal government" ( of the United State of America.) Peake said he and Tuso together are members of this organization. Peake refused to name that organization and told police he would " kill to defend his country and he was stealing weapons to defend his country."

I used to go out to a legal but isolated and informal gravel pit to go shooting. More than 90% of the time I went with at least one friend. Every time I kept a loaded gun on me while I shot whatever else in a leisurely manner. Also I got out and took a look around before unloading my cool guns and stuff.

Wow...not the first time huh? This is scarier than the bad behavior usually posted here.

I tend to take the bolt out and carry it with me when I go downrange to check targets when shooting a bolt gun.

Harder to do with a Garand, M1-A, SKS, etc.

Doesn't defend from what a bad actor brings with them though.

Or go to a range where you trust those who shoot there. And if someone shows up who doesn't belong there, question them with loaded weapons.

The place I shoot is off-limits to anyone not approved by the owners and instructors. I like it that way!

Peake refused to name that organization and told police he would " kill to defend his country and he was stealing weapons to defend his country."

This is just plain pathetic and out of bounds. What's next ... home invasion robberies and murders to steal guns to ... what ... save us from the government? And I suppose these bozo's haven't figured it out yet ... there is nothing to defend ... but to restore.

I am telling you now, in case no one has this ingrained in their memories yet ... there WILL BE more than one front to restore our freedoms and liberty, the rule of law, and the constitution.

It is unfortunate that these pricks and the organization that they belong to will be that other front. And have nothing to do with them and say to yourself, "They enemy of my enemy is my friend." These types will shoot you in the back the first chance they get ... AFTER ... they have had their "fun" with you.

We have a hard road to tow ahead of us.

Here we are ... imagine where we will be.

Wow.

More propaganda for team evil. Thanks, boneheads.

Good point about protecting oneself, Mike. When I go downrange to check targets, the weapon travels with me- slung, loaded, one in the chamber. Obviously I don't shoot at ranges with stupid rules forbidding this.

Having been in rural areas for decades, I also make sure I have a full mag for the ride home. I have a small assault bag in my truck with one full mag or ammo box for every gun I carry. You never know what you will find on the road or when you get home. And NEVER go home with an empty mag!!!! NEVER.

Even when my sole purpose for going to the range is to shoot rifle(s), my 19ii rides my hip prominently, eight in the mag, one up the pipe with two more mags evident in their carrier.

Rifles left at the bench are inoperable. I maintain awareness and assess each person coming or going.

Most folks I meet are courteous and friendly. Those who are obviously untrustworthy are given quietly serious scrutiny... the "dog eye" as my Grandpa called it.

Condition yellow is the minimum at any range, anytime, with conditions orange and red within easy access!

Peake and Tuso have that bovine, heavy-lidded look, just like any violent criminals do in their mugshots. Yet they think they're so much smarter than everyone else. Narcissism and sociopathy often go together.
Mr. Getgen was a decorated veteran of the 10th Mountain Division. His death is the equivalent of one bruthah killing another for his athletic shoes.
Be careful out there. Thugs occasionally do practice at ranges and are creatures of opportunity. Getgen probably thought he was with like-minded people. Listen to the little voice, and always have a loaded something in reach.

C. Cope "It is unfortunate that these pricks and the organization that they belong to will be that other front."

many years ago my group was approached by what amounted to a group of "white power skater punks"

at first, I figured I could use them as "expendables". and then I figured out what their game was..they wanted TRAINING, and once they had that they were going to turn on us and take what we had. probably in a fashion similar to what happened to Mr.Getgen.

we let them show us where all their stuff was stored (among the hunting rifles and sawed off shotguns they had, there was a REAL Thompson SMG that looked like it had spent some time at the bottom of a lake) and then we turned them in.

no matter how much they wanted to pretend to be "one of us", they would be the first recruits for the bad guys and the first people to give away our position.

I come from a once small high desert town that has rapidly grown. Our gun club used to be open to the public until a bunch of bonehead gangbangers and their wannabes started using it for their hip-fire spray antics. I will give the San Berdoo Sheriff's kudos for keeping these idiots somewhat under their thumb.

It would be just to put these A$$holes in GP but any decent attorney would be able to stop that from happening. They are almost ¨Only Ones¨ and I doubt that a Judge would jeopardize their lives like that. They might even get a Country Club with Bars. Type of sentence.

As many have commented ALWAYS have a loaded gun on you and Stay in Condition Orange anytime you are amongst people you don´t know and there are firearms around. Hell the Old Guy probibly never even knew what hit him.

Firstly..let me say Mr. Peake is my Uncle...and I am a person of color (that works out cuz his sister, my mother was with my father the black man)...so RAYMOND IS NO ARYAN.

Ramond is a highly decorated, well respected Marine. He is a conservative Republican..yes..but has never committed a crime and has never been violent outside of his service to his country. Raymond says that the man was dead when he got to the range...and he took his gun. I BELIEVE HIM!!!!! His entire life has been one of service. And to those who says he has the face of violence...that is the face of a man who has seen many wars, many deaths, and fought for his country for many decades!

I find it almost impossible to believe that my uncle did this...and I am no idiot...I know it looks bad...but if he says that he found the man dead...then I believe him until it's prove otherwise...and I've never ever ever heard him say anything crazy and radical about overthrowing the government..I'd have to hear that myself to believe it.
Remember.....innocent until proven guilty all...this is the same America that he spilled and shed blood for...he deserves at least that much!
