You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list,
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice.
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
O! You better watch out!
You better not cry.
Better not pout, I'm telling you why.
Santa Claus is coming to town.
Santa Claus is coming to town.
What list? This list.
Here's who's been naughty:

I have been looking for this list! Thank you for sharing.
I note that Alabama's Senators stood firm on their positions.

He's got them on the list
He's got them on the list
And let none of them be missed
Let none of them be missed

It's a step in the right direction people. How? Because even if the outcome of this appointment had been the opposite, it wouldn't have stopped or changed what's needed to fix our nation.
Stop pulling on the rope and run with it instead. Then we'll straighten this mess out all the sooner.
P.S. and off topic (sort of): this EPA ban on lead projectiles, whether it actually passes or not, is liable to drive prices back up on "consumables". Just a factor to add in if you were planning on stocking up in the near future, you might consider moving your timeline up.
Damn glad my Senators, Cornyn and Hutchison did not vote yea on this bitch of course we Texans have been on their cases pretty heavy about some of the Bail out Bull Shit they did vote on, AND SHE KNOWS WHAT I´M TALKING ABOUT.

Plenty of media lapdogs to add, too. And "special interests."
Ann Coulter's commentary on how the 14th amendment has been abused was very interesting.
Lots of good folk are paying close attention now.
Obama was on the evening news crowing about Kagan's "clear understanding of the Constitution."
Like Pete Stark of CA, she believes it holds very few restrictions on what government can and cannot do. And that's no understanding at all.
Both my senators voted for her, but they're long-time Northern Virginia insiders.
Is that the M-60 belted ammunition delinking tool? Remember, links up, "brass to the grass."
All that is needed to fix our nation's problems is that truth and fact be heard by the population. That honest and objective journalism take the place of that which now exists.
But that can't happen because the Marxists won't let it and in fact, have worked very hard to bring us where we are now. They have penetrated every agency and institution. It may have a soviet beginnings but hat does not matter now because we are here regardless.
We are faced with a surrender or die ultimatum and hear their laughter when it is issued. They realize the stakes but have judged themselves "safe." They believe that they will get away with it, and can use the powers and agencies of government against her people, who they will declare to be law breakers and terrorists, though they only sought to be left alone.
They are traitors and many in their ranks know it but they don't care about our terms for them. They only care about Marx and winning their subversive battle against every American that ever lived or who will be born.
I'm with LFmayor on this.
We should be happy. One more step in the direction of what is inevitable. Why prolong this any longer.
Elections have consequences.
For those that don't care or think we should just let the libtards run us into the ground and fix it all after it's broken, this 'lady' will come back to haunt us at every opportunity...likely for DECADES.
Bob Katt
If a guy - who's never had a real job, and whose entire claim-to-fame is a term in a state legislature then 1/2 a term in the senate - can be POTUS, then why can't someone whose only experience is a year as "solicitor general" be a SCOTUS justice?
Huh?
Seriously -- Why not?
Huh?

Congress's approval rating was recently 14%, and Jay Leno joked that Obama's age, 49(?), is 18 points higher than his approval rating.
I wonder what THIS month's figures will be.
Obama is a blessing in disguise for those who believe in Constitutional Restoration.
He has so arrogantly overplayed his hand that he has exposed the left for what they truly are and what they certainly intend to do to this Nation. Folks are really beginning to pay attention and to understand what is at stake.
Kagan is just more of the same.
My sense of outrage has been exhausted. The list of grievances and Intolerable Acts perpetrated by the Traitor Left and their running dogs and stooges is now well in to six or seven digits.
How many more offenses will it take for remedial action of the kinetic kind to begin?
Barring some mega disaster (natural or "man caused"),there will be no specific act so horrible that it is precipitous of mass action. "They" have only to keep inflicting the death of a thousand cuts until "resistance is futile."
We have sufficient cause .
Why do we wait?
Guess I made a good decision moving to TN after all! We will likely land in Sumner or Wilson County...any III-pers out that way?!
Wisconsin passes own DISCLOSE law.
From Noisyroom.net: "Under this new law, individuals and groups must pay a $100 registration fee to the state of WI if they want permission to use political speech that totals at least $25 “cumulatively in a calendar year.” … Individuals and groups must set up a separate depository account and file a report with the Accountability Board and Secretary of State. They then need to provide periodic reports of every communication – explaining the type of communication/action for each and every episode of political free speech.
Each time there's a new "vote" on something or other, I make sure I have enough dry food. I do situps. I clean the Kalashnikov. I wait. But I do not fret.
We're past the point of voting ourselves out of this mess. The Republic is dead. My only concern is whether or not it will rise again from its ashes.
Oh Mike,
You forgot to type their home addresses!
