Isn't it curious that they want to blame a gun, an inanimate object, for the actions of a psychopath?

1) they will lose additional funds on the shipping alone.
2) They probably pre-printed a small number, an amount they were certain they could peddle, but these days small outfits print on demand.
3) recoup your dollar by selling the book to some statist moron and spend your profits on ammo.
