The "Grand Army of the Republic" comes back from the dead. "URGENT DECLARATION OF CIVIL WAR!!!!!! JULY 4TH 2014!"

1...as a friend of mine pointed out, the address given on this declaration belongs to a trailer park in Maine. does not make it sound like it's the place to start a revolution now does it?
