Eric Brown, the unflappable mouthpiece for John Hickenlooper, is leaving government for a communications job in the private sector. The former journalist and city editor at the Rocky Mountain News oversaw the newspaper’s award-winning coverage of Hickenlooper’s first election as Denver mayor in 2003 and then went to work for him in 2009 after the Rocky closed.

1. Notice the usual revolving door between the media and Democrat politicians. It says that he led the paper's coverage of the first time Hick was elected Denver Mayor, and then he went to work for Hick in the Mayor's office and followed him when he became Governor. That would make you question how neutral the Rocky Mountain News was when they covered Hick's first campaign.
2. Also notice that the spokesmouth is going to take a job in the Warren Buffet empire.
