Another neo-collectivist heard from regarding "Holly Kerodin et al., Plaintiffs versus Servicemagic, Inc. et al., Defendants."

One Kool-Aid drinking F.O.C.K.er (Friend of Christian 'Kerodin'), wirecutter by name, is somewhat atypical of the neo-collectivist reactions I've had to posting the court order in the matter of "Holly Kerodin et al., Plaintiffs versus Servicemagic, Inc. et al., Defendants" entitled There is nothing new under the Kerodin dark star. and The Judgment. "ORDERED, that judgment for costs BE ENTERED in favor of Defendants."
It is atypical because it is not frothing at the mouth and full of expletives-not-deleted, thus it barely makes the bar for publication, even though he uses the derisive "Mikey" (which usually gets you deleted right off, but I'll let it slide this time in service of the point).
Quoth wirecutter:
You're a petty li'l bitch, aren't you? I saw Pete's post over at WRSA a couple of weeks ago about the use of the III name. No comment on that but what I got out of it is that you've pretty much existed on handouts for the past few years. Probably drawing Social Security now along with Medicare too, huh? More handouts..... Seems pretty fucking hypocritical to accept handouts from the government you're always bitching about, Mikey.
Now, this is a line of attack often used by the collectivists -- first explored by the likes of Rachel Madcow and Media Matters-- so it is hardly a surprise that it would be adopted by the neo-collectivists, if for no other reason than they are neither very inventive nor very bright in their defense of the Lord-of-the-Citadel-Manor Kerodin cult of personality.
I would like to address the issue however because wirecutter has swerved into something that does highlight one important difference between the not-so-stable K. and myself. I once told a budding young collectivist reporter, who really thought she had a gotcha question, that I had two explanations for my acceptance of disability SSDI from the federal government. The first was that I viewed it merely as getting reimbursement for the decades of money extorted from my paychecks in the private sector. I pointed out that this put me ahead of her, since she would never see a dime of hers, and asked her, "So, is it jealousy which motivates your question?"
Secondly, I pointed out that a cardinal principle of resistance warfare was that the guerrillas should exist off the substance of the enemy. This, if I recall correctly, made her eyes glaze over a bit. She had no follow-up question.
When I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure some years ago, I had already been in the Constitutional militia movement for over a decade. The cause, the heart doctor told me, was hypertension and stress. My ejection fraction was so low that he suggested that I apply for SSI disability as, in his opinion, I could no longer work a real job without risk of dying. "You need to take it easy or your heart will give out," he told me. "It's that simple."
So, I applied, and, without resort to an attorney, was granted the lordly sum of $1,300 per month on the first application. Yeah, my heart was that bad.
In any case, I didn't stop agitating for liberty and actually increased the amount of time and effort I spent fighting the domestic enemies of the Constitution as I saw them. Since then, as long-time readers will recall, I have had several other health issues, including a cancerous tumor. Twice more we were told that my prognosis was very poor. Twice God reversed the odds. I have very much to be grateful for. Not just my continued existence on the planet (the value of which I suspect is over-rated) but the opportunity to keep up my work and especially for all the wonderful friends, supporters and comrades-in-arms I've met along the way. I conclude from that that He is not done with me yet. When He is, He'll call me home. I'm content with that.
But I tell you all of this, thanks to wirecutter's indictment, to ask this question: Which of us is more "hypocritical"? The guy who uses money that he originally earned to continue to fight for liberty? Or the guy who, claiming to be an advocate of liberty and a worse opponent of the FEDERAL government than any other guy, misuses FEDERAL law and the FEDERAL coercive power to extort money from individual liberty-minded folks like Red Dot Arms who have the temerity to use a Roman numeral that he claims exclusive rights over -- abusing an idea which wasn't even his to begin with?
Hypocritical? That is for you to judge, gentle readers. I'll get my judgment from my Maker when He decides it is time.
But, that said, I would like to thank wirecutter, not only for the opportunity to highlight the differences between the neo-collectivist Kerodin and myself, but also for the chance to once more use the words "Holly Kerodin et al., Plaintiffs versus Servicemagic, Inc. et al., Defendants" in a blog post title, where it can be picked up by any search engine. It is said that the truth shall make you free. Well, I'll be quite happy if any of the Kerodins' other victims -- desperately looking for information on the people who send them threatening emails (and you notice they don't use the U.S. Mail for these threats since that would open up a whole load of federal law-breaking exposure) -- are able to use any search engine with Holly Kerodin's name (aka Violet Suckoo) to find the truth of the Kerodins' past misdeeds and to use that truth to defend themselves. For that, my dear wirecutter, I thank you very much.

Ayn Rand had to deal with the same accusations. I found this link via a quick search.

http://freestudents.blogspot.com/2011/10/lying-about-ayn-rand-and-social.html

The same search brought up the typical leftist accusation from alternet that I will not grace with a link to a page view.

God Bless you Mike.

Exactly. Destroy the system from within.

I like your attitude and train of thought. My son once called me a parasite for collecting my military retirement and VA disability. I explained to him that these were not gifts, but wages I had earned. The Apostle Paul said that was OK because wages aren't "free"; I earned them.
When God is done with me, I'll go home. Until then, I'll enjoy this wonderful playground HE gave us. I'm kind of looking forward to seeing what is next.

My Father, who has since passed away. Was in the Marine Corps during Korea, and came back with 4/5 of his stomach removed, developed MS, and died with blockages all over his body. He also had a bought with lung cancer which he survived. All this background to tell you that he was an avid patriot and he had to fight 20 years for his service connected disability, while he got social security disability right off. He was on it for 10 years and they took it away from him and he had to fight another court battle to get it back. All these years he got a steady stream of expletives from people saying it must be nice to live off the govt, and like comments. My Dad always mustered up the biggest smile, chuckled and said yep sure is. But he always said that seems he paid all that money in for that purpose and lived through the war and was sprayed with DDT back before it was found to be hazardous and watched 5 of his budies killed and tortured, he felt entitled. So in short, he told them in one of the very few times he used vulgarity, why don't you just fuck off until you walk a mile in my combat boots.

Mike,

You have absolutely nothing to explain or justify to us. On the other hand, though; any attempts at explanation to Kerodin's Cretins is an exercise in futility. They are, unfortunately, the product of inbreeding and a far too liberal education (er, ah indoctrination) system.

You stated: " I pointed out that a cardinal principle of resistance warfare was that the guerrillas should exist off the substance of the enemy."

Concerning welfare fraud, which the regime any of the collectivists don't seem to care about, and are unwilling to eliminate. (No doubt because it's just one more way that they get reimbursed for the millions of their own dollars that they spend of their own money for. job that maybe pays $150,000. But that's another story)

Won't the collectivists be suprised when they cause the balloon to go up, and they come to realize that their enemy has been quietly doing the same thing.

Using that fraud as a means to build their ammo and weapons supplies off of welfare.

Can't buy cigarettes and alcohol with your EBT card? No, but I can buy 5 gallon jugs of water. Pour the water out in the parking lot and return the jugs for cash.

The system is full of a wide array of simple loop holes like this example.

Some people use them to buy cigarettes and booze.

Others use it to stack up cases of ammo and gear.

Isn't free money great you collectivist monkeys?

And it's so easy to do! And probably the reason Obama has multiple social security numbers assigned to his name. Practice makes perfect! :-)

Thank you for giving me the means to eventually defeat you. lol

Are you sure you're on SSI?
Supplementary Security Income is for people who don't qualify for Social Security Disability Insurance, because they haven't paid FICA taxes on 20 "quarters" of earned income in the past ten years. In other words, it's disability payments for non-workers, most of whom were disabled before they became adults.

If you get SSDI it's based on your accumulated FICA payments, and it's pretty much an early start on your Social Security retirement benefit.

An individual on SSI gets $710 a month. A couple, both on SSI, get less than $1420 a month.

Wirecutter is not a NEO-COLLECTIVIST at ALL Mike. He's an asshole, a redneck, a jerk and a fool, who has done way to many drugs and drinks too much. But he is a solidly libertarian for all his dipshit ideas and his blind loyalty to his "friend" "K". He is an prime example of what happens to your brain when you drop to much acid and spend your life in California. He is a true member of the "K" cult who will stand to lose all WHEN "K" decides to take the "citadel" money and run for Canada.(or Alaska or wherever he and "holly" plan to "bugout" to when this scam is over) Wirecutter can't NOT support "K" ;Because if "K" is a fraud he, like so many others is FUCKED.

FedUp. Yes. You are correct, it is SSDI and a typo. I will correct it.

Anon 9:33,

Okay, so you're saying I owe wirecutter an apology. Very well. Wirecutter, I apologize. You are not a neo-collectivist per se, but merely a useful idiot stooge for neo-collectivists. There, you got an apology out of me. That should comfort you, I think.

The Comanche welcomed the Spanish invaders some 500 years ago.

David Yeagley passes on stories of the tribe thanking their version of the Great Mystery for providing them with horses, weapons, food and accoutrements previously unavailable.

a line from Orson Scott Card is also applicable:

"...No one but the enemy will ever tell you what the enemy is going to do. No one but the enemy will ever teach you how to destroy and conquer. Only the enemy shows you where you are weak. Only the enemy tells you when he is strong. And the rules of the game are what you can do to him and what you can stop him from doing to you...."

So basically you're destroying the III% movement from within because from what all I've read and heard you pretty much exist on handouts from your readers as well.
I quit reading your bullshit a couple of years ago when you made it clear that you're a "Do as I say, not as I do" man - remember the gun charge when you went down and got your gun permit all the while printing your "Not One More Inch" mantra?
Again, you're a fucking hypocrite.

By the way, you can tell that coward "anonymous" who is afraid to sign his name and too stupid to make up a screen name that I do not have one thin dime invested in the Citadel or III Arms.
I stand to lose nothing.

What the fuck, man? You publish one comment but not the one about you sucking ATF cock?
Poor, poor Mikey. Can't handle the consequences of his own actions.
Wipe the jizz off your chin before you go talking shit about anybody else.

Wirecutter isn't invested in the Citadel?

Well if a buddy of Kerodin won't risk his money in the project, pretty much a clincher no one else should either.

Hey there "wirecutter" - just curious how it is cowardice to post under "Anonymous"' but somehow courageous to post under a pseudonym? What's the difference? You "real men" over there at K's blog are really adamant about making up a screen name that has no real indication of who a person is instead of being "Anonymous" So since you're so against anonymity, why don't you post your legal name and address and tel# here and show us all how a "man" does it?

You really are a mentally deficient retard. You people aren't even smart enough to know how woefully ignorant and stupid you are. Just pathetic. I wonder if you are even smart enough to seek a dictionary to discover the definition of "pseudonym"?

Again, wirecutter, I'd like to thank you for demonstrating the intellectual quality of Kerodin's faithful. Beyond your foaming at the mouth, however, it's crickets over in K land regarding the court documents that prove a pattern of behavior.

Insofar as my "hypocrisy" in not dying at the unexpected traffic stop at the hands of local deputies, I note that Kount Kerodin failed to go down swinging when the feds busted his candy ass. OK for thee, but not for me? Of course I understand that people who very publicly and insistently wish me dead as Kerodin and his toady Bill Nye have done WOULD be disappointed at my continued existence. Contrast that with my own desire, not to do him harm, but merely that he should take his con-job elsewhere.

"Destroying the III movement from within" would assume that Kerodin was a genuine Three Percenter to begin with. He wasn't. His own declared neo-collectivist "principles" put him beyond the pale of the Three. He is, I admit, a gifted and charismatic con-man. He is also a thug who precipitated the current argument by attempting to extort money from a perfectly innocent firearms manufacturer WITH A TRADEMARK HE STILL DOESN'T HAVE FINAL APPROVAL FOR. Misusing federal law with the threat of federal coercive power on liberty-minded individuals. Hypocrisy? Looked in the mirror lately?

People who attack the disabled for receiving their benefits are nothing but involuntary euthanasia proponents. The whole SSD system has been around for a long time. Workers receiving benefits paid for the benefit through FICA withdrawals from their paychecks. The program provides a relatively small amount of money to live on. The folks with the big mouths can only pray disability does not happen to them. The sexually explicit rants by K supporters are extremely distasteful, and make me wonder what type of latent dysfunctions they suffer from.

Again, just a beautiful vivsection, Mike.

Wasted on the target who is too brain injured and morally bankrupt(as opposed to "butt-hurt") to comprehend, but a joy for the rest of us.

For YOU, "wirecutter," pseodonymous
poltroon and K'ass-kisser that you are, you're fortunate that this isn't the Anti Idiotarian Rottweiler blog wherein the good Emperor Misha and his supporting cast of characters would colorfully tear you to tatters with descriptions of you and your deserved end that would make even a 'real man' like you break down with the shivering fits.

I toned it down a tad out of respect for Mike's high standards.

Don't tempt me again.

Oh, here's part of my real name...

My guess is that is intentional, but even if not, the effects are the same.
