"You better pray you never meet the real extremists."

Great post over at The Ultimate Answer to Kings including this comment:

"The people at those rallies aren't the extremists. They're just good, brave people who still believe in the political process. The real extremists stayed home, because they don't. You better pray you never meet the real extremists........."

I had a similar conversation with a reporter the other day. She asked me, "Who do you worry about most?"

I thought about rogue agents and out-of-control agencies, but then I replied, "The guys who no longer listen to me. They are trained, ready, primed and merely waiting for the opening gun . . . and they are getting damned impatient about it."

The PTB and their boys and girls have no blinkin' idea how many, where and when. Sorta like it that way. We're a patient lot, but ya gotta look at what you all(PTB) have taken, are taking and are thinking of taking from us.

Enough is enough.

Did I just hear a shot?

I had the thought when I saw that dumb cud-chewer with the "They're not patriots they're terrorists" sign at Gravelly--I thought, sweetie, a terrorist would be wearing a ski mask and sawing through your neck for the camera right about now...

Tyrants, running dogs and dupes,

Allow me to introduce myself...

I'm the one your momma should have, but never did have the sense to, warn you about.

I'm an American. Ill tempered with your usurpation and impatient to reclaim my country.

I won't be "deconstructed" and I do not give a damn.

Oh, Hell no!

That comment pretty much sums it up. and so did your answer to the interviewer. mark me as damned impatient.

Indeed. I'm also damned impatient. And most of my friends who are aware of what is going on are getting impatient as well.

Something came up in conversation the other day that was scary and immediately required lowered voices... None of us had spoken of this stuff before, but apparently we have all been silently preparing for the unimaginable. All of us also had the same previously unmentioned thoughts. If something happens to touch this nightmare off, we won't be waiting for them to come after us... The consensus is that the best defense is a good offense.

Do the people in power really not realize that the places they spend most of their time are utterly indefensible without an army? The thought that a small handful of determined men could put an end to their existence without much physical risk doesn't seem to have dawned on them yet.

I used to fall into this category. Then I ran into the first chapter of Absolved.

Now patience is my favorite thing. Every day they don't start it is a day more to prepare. A day more to test a new idea. A day to add more people to our cause. A day more to learn from others.
