They ARE private corporations, just like the political parties and the United States government (and every other state, local and even municipal entities masquerading as Constitutional Governing bodies).

It's not like they try to hide it- for chemists sakes the cities post signs that say "incorporated" such and such a year. It's just that dumb ass Americans don't understand what that MEANS.

Federal reserve? A federal government entity? Nope. It's as federal as Federal Express. Just another private corporation. Now, there is nothing wrong with private corporations, except when governments try to leave the PUBLIC sector to enter the PRIVATE sector so as to avoid Constitutional Boundaries and Limitations.

Well, if they are immune from records requests, then they are not immune from lawsuits !

Oh, come out you black and tans,
Come out and fight me like a man
Show your wives how you won medals down in Flanders
Tell them how the IRA made you run like hell away,
From the green and lovely lanes in Killashandra.

Just about all municipalities, counties, states and the U.S.A. are corporations. It's the difference between say, "Orange County" and "The County of Orange". As soon as you see the "County of.." or "State of", that's the corporate name. Just like all of our names (birth certificates) have been made corporations. It's the name you read on bills coming to you spelling your name in all capitol letters. So all these state and municipal police forces are corporate. Only the sheriff is the organic police, which is why some states either totally got rid of them or are trying to. All these state and town corporations have investments on Wall St. in something called their CAFR. It's the "Comprehensive Annual Financial Report". Their "Budget" is just the thing they soak taxpayers with by always crying poverty. Go on your town or counties home page and search around for the CAFR. You'll be amazed at how much money is tucked away in there...When you appear before a judge in, let's say, a criminal case, you are actually in an "Admiralty/Maritime/Equity" jurisdiction. But Admiralty can only arrest a thing, like a ship or it's cargo, it cannot arrest an organic human being. It's called "in Rem". They're actually going after the corporate "you" of the birth certificate, because that's a "thing". Judges and prosecutors make a fortune doing this. This whole fiction takes a bit of study but there's plenty of info about it to be found on the web..

Sorry, but if you are a corporation, you have forfited the power of arrest and all immunities usualy afforded to a member of "The Government".
Any action taken by these criminals since they incorporated, such as home invasion, false imprisonment, murder, attempted murder, branishing weapons, use of explosive devices and chemical weapons, and the like, should be prosecuted, .
Further, if they are not "of the government", the citizen shoud be able to defend themselves against such criminal activity with all necessary lethal force to proect their own lives.
Can't have it both ways, jackholes.
We need to find out just how many SWAT teams have gone this route and treat them accordingly.

For a time, I repaired computers for a small company that had the contract to keep the PCs of one of the small municipalities tucked in around San Antonio. The contract included working on systems at the police station. One morning as I was trying to figure out how the "only-ones" had managed to induce a malfunction I had no earthly knowledge how to induce, I overheard a couple of the guys (cops) laughing about something one of their fellows had done over the weekend. Seems the guy had committed something that would've gotten you or me 20 years in the tender care of Texas Department of Corrections. These guys were LAUGHING about how stupid he was to get caught. Anyhow when a third guy (a rookie, apparently) asked about the idiot getting into trouble, one of the other two assured the rookie that the guy would get nothing worse than a good ass chewing from the chief. NO WAY would they let one of their own go down for some little "chickenshit" charge like that. It never made the local news. Nothing was ever done and the guy is now a Detective with SAPD. Again, someone not an only-one would have gotten 20 years. This guy got an ass chewing.

Your Honor, the prosecution rests.

...and as several people have already mentioned, qualified immunity is now out the window. They really stepped in it this time.

Could someone please look up the contact info for one of the law firms that sued the tobacco companies? They're about to start working overtime.

Oh - and since the Speshul Only Ones are private and not pubic - who will pay the (substantial) tab when they lose in court?
