The version of events that you cite is the simplified version without the full context of what was happening in the world surrounding those events.

Please remember that I am a member of a group of people the Democrat Party tried to exterminate with military force on two notable occasions.

So If I am defending or praising someone who I know to be a member of that terrorist organization.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible.
