Home now with a sore throat that feels like the Soviet Army marched through it on the way to Budapest. They found the hole but were unable to use the new-fangled clips to plug it. They are going to have to regroup and come up with a new plan. Still, I made it through without major complications so that's a plus and a tribute to the efficacy of all those prayers, for which I humbly thank you.

Hang in there Mike. We don't know why we deal with these things, but God uses them anyways. Who is dealing with what you are and scaring the hell out of the feds on a day to day basis? That's strange. If surgeons can repair a heart or other structures in a fetus still in the womb, it doesn't seem as if it should be all that difficult to plug a hole in a grown man...
Hope they figure it out soon... or bring in a prenatal surgeon! :)
