The NSA has been cloning telephony trunks since before 1992.

Use encrypted e-mails and change the key frequently. They're going to get it, but make them work for it and use their precious resources to read your note to your daughter at college. If everyone did this, it would crash their systems, not to mention making their unconstitutional work much more difficult.

NSA call record mining is nothing new; it began 7 months BEFORE 9/11 under Bush. What Obama's regime has started doing is the collection of the CONTENT of all calls. That is why the feds built that massive data storage center out West (- Arizona, I think).

Obama has 'googlefied' every word ever spoken into a telephone and from now on, every word that is said will be stored, sifted, and analyzed by the FBI without a wiretap warrant!

The IRS used to be the epitome of police state Amerika with their wholly extra-Constitutional powers. Now they are facing stiff competition from the Fibbies and their big brother surveillance system.

This is why we have guns, to put off tyranny, if people will screw on the courage to fight it. As it is now, the war is being lost without a shot fired (as it was in Czechoslovakia).
