Jim Ross Lightfoot says: "Indict Holder."

Vince Cefalu writes on CleanUpATF.org:

Many of us in the Law Enforcement community are extremely troubled by the sealing of the Terry prosecution. As we all know, there is very little in the L.E. World which is truly sensitive or classified. No we DO NOT want to give away trade craft. No we DO NOT WANT to give away investigative strategies. However, when the government witholds information related to an extremely controversial and questionable investigation which has resulted in so many abuses and deaths, it is clear that its sealing can only be to secret such abuses. I have not been able to find anyone in Law Enforcement who has seen such an action in their entire career.

That may explain the motivation for the following open letter generated by Congressman (Ret.) James Lightfoot. Countless Congressman, Senators and respected Law Enforcement Officials nation wide, can't all be wrong.

Indict Holder

Peck Canyon is a hotbed for illegal drugs and a battleground between illegals coming from Mexico fighting amongst themselves and the US Border Patrol. At 11:15 PM the night of December 14, 2010 the Border Patrol is watching a “rip crew”, (illegals that prey on other illegals moving drugs into the US). The illegal rip crew was in a position to ambush anyone coming up the canyon.

Border Patrol agents commanded the illegals to drop their weapons. When they did not, the Patrol fired at them with beanbags as required by engagement protocol. The illegals fired back with AK-47s and real bullets.

Two agents then responded with one long gun and one pistol.

When the firefight was over, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was dead. An AK-47 bullet had entered his back some 29 inches below the shoulder.

One of the rip crew was wounded. There were no other injuries.

At the scene were three AK-47 rifles, all part of the 2,000 plus guns that the Department of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) under the Department of Justice (DOJ) had allowed to “walk” into Mexico.

Today, one of those rifles is missing; picked up by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to protect a “CI” (confidential informant) the agency is working.
A bright, respected, dedicated, well-trained young man, a United States Federal Law Enforcement Agent, dead at the hands of illegal Mexicans using rifles supplied by our own DOJ through ATF.

Do you see anything wrong with this picture?

So much is wrong that it almost defies speech. Everything about this situation rubs against every principle, tenet, belief, ideology or standard that this country stands for.

And, much of what the DOJ and ATF has done and continues to do is in defiance of the law.

Operation Fast and Furious put those weapons in the hands of the Mexican Drug Cartels, deliberately. It was no accident. It was by design.

William Newell, special agent in charge of the Phoenix field office of ATF and William McMahon, the head of western field operations for ATF are the architects of Fast and Furious. They both gave misleading and incomplete information to a Congressional Oversight Committee.

Attorney General Eric Holder has stonewalled the committee to the point he could probably get a job as a stone mason when he finally leaves government.

As a reward for their misleading testimony Newell and McMahon were whisked into ATF headquarters fortress on New York Avenue in Washington, DC to protect them and their pensions.

The number of Members of Congress calling for Holder to resign grows each day. However, this is the wrong direction for this investigation to go. Once Holder resigns with all his government pensions and benefits, he is off the hook.

Holder is one fish where the hook needs to be set, he must be indicted and Newell, McMahon and several others should join him in a courtroom defending his use of a Federal Agency to promote this Administration’s anti-gun agenda while breaking US law in the process.

Foolishness that has gotten two US Federal Agents killed and countless hundreds of innocent Mexican citizens killed and wounded.

Congress, show us you really mean to uphold the Constitution you swore to protect.
Indict these people now.

Right now there is no one in the public sphere who are more dangerous than two Americans who are risking everything.
At some point they are going to imprison, or kill, Mike and or Dave.
It is getting to this point rapidly. All around are reports of gross open abuses of power and violation of the rule of law,
these abuses are becoming manifold.
They are not the exceptions, they have become standard operating procedure in our governments.
You, me, all of us who voice out our alarm of the utter usurpation of our Republic and Liberty, we are very close to being rounded up, framed, arrested on false pretenses, or the just plain old fashioned dictators favorite, disappeared.
You can just smell it.

Hitler said it best:
"It is convenient to have a system of laws where everyone is a criminal."

I'd add: Except for the criminals.

"The scope of the lawless disregard for The Rule of Law expands exponentially by the day by the very nature of corruption of the elites lust to retain absolute power."

You got to ask yourself a very very serious question, if they have got way with Gunwalker, with its stupefying violation of the law, it blood, its misery upon the countless but by no means limited victims, its mayhem on a scale before unimaginable upon two sovereign citizenry and soil, the treasure wasted, its murder, what rationalization pray tell is there that justifies a belief nothing like this will happen again, never mind worse. Much worse.
The ruling class, if you just crawled out from under a rock on Mars, has started an open bloody war on our asses.

Honestly and sincerely I doubt I can have enough bullets and beans for what these very bad monsters have started.
Even worse, it is what they want to happen.
It is sick beyond words.
And they sit in Congressional rooms lying through their fucking teeth, putting their blood soaked hands in the air swearing on God and Law they will tell the truth.
The only truth is there is none with these psychopaths.

It is come down to the law of the jungle.

I put my hope on Mike and Dave. What they have done to apprize me and maybe millions of the tyranny upon us is nothing but the most valuable gift of Liberty and freedom imaginable.
It is up to the rest of us to use the time we have remaining wisely and productively.
We can afford not to squander this last gift of freedom of speech. I doubt it will be more than a few months before the leviathan shuts down dissent and alarm.
This time around it is for all the marbles. The tyrants have gone full in, bet everything on this last roll.
If we are fortunate, if enough of us realize we are not loners, that millions share the same love of Liberty, millions who will do what it takes, tyranny does not stand a chance.

Brother, you just laid it all out in one simple paragraph. Well said.
May the Lord help us.

Unfortunately, unless you had physical copies of orders he gave authorizing the operation, or proof of planning the operation, or discussing the desired side effects of the operation.
I doubt any copies still exist outside of somebody else's CYA documentation, the trick will be to find that person or persons and charge them. Usually the only to get at the administrative types is to start at the bottom and work your way up until somebody falls on their sword to save the boss (Oliver North)
I mentioned to my Congressman (Joe Walsh IL-08) that it might help to defund wages and benefits of federal employees who don't cooperate with Congress when their wages or benefits aren't paid from White House funding(that would need to be tolerated under executive privilege with separation of powers). He said the Rs wouldn't accept the precedent for when they wanted to get back in power.

@Jhn1. I think we can apply more pressure than just stopping wages and benefits to get to the information. Someone will crack with the right pressure. We don't want a resignation, we want a criminal case and if we don't get one out of this Congress, we'll cahnge reps until we do get justice.
