If your congresscritter is not on this list, you might want to ask him why.

I note, with interest, that none of Alabama's GOP so-called "conservative" high and mighty are on this list. Including my own congressman, Spencer Bachus.

My congresscritter is Andre Carson, and he is more than likely neck deep in this.

Indy's only hope when this is all said and done is that the backlash gets that idiot out of office.

Sad that this crime is a partisan issue.

I've been talking to my rep Mo Brooks about this issue for several months now. I asked again today, what his stance is, and what he plans to do about this issue.

Holder losing his job is not what needs to happen. PROSECUTION is!!!

Holder needs to be held accountable in a court of law!!!

My Congressman, John Mica, is on the list, as well as Allen West (no-brainer) and several other Florida reps.

And the crime is partisan because the Dems all stick together, no matter what. There has never been a more partisan Congress.

That only 40 are on the list (bet it grows now that who isn't on it is being reported) shows just how Eric and Barry are getting away with what they did.

The Silent Speaker, John Boehner, should be leading the way with the entire Republican Majority signing on to this - plus the Democrats who "see the light" of a Speaker actually leading on an issue that cannot be dismissed as "partisan".

Aaron Schock has always been a strident Second Amendment advocate. Re elected once and he now acts like an Old Hand, falling into line with the Establishment GOP and ignoring where he came from. Pretty sad when it only takes one term to take what looked like a good fella and turn him into a Establishment HACK!

40 out of 535. Looks to me like 395 do not deserve even one vote in the coming election. Does that make me "bipartisan"?

Well I know why mine isn't there. His nose is Soooooooo far up the speaker's behind, that he now has to tell a lie just to get the speaker to notice him.

I have the honor to be represented by a liberal tax-and-spend anti-Castro NRA F-rated Republican. No way in hell she's ever going to get involved with this.

If he resigns, won't that allow him to avoid further questioning?

I don't think Treason and Murder have statues of limitation.

I emailed Virginia Foxx several months ago about F&F. I deleted her reply after reading it - I wish I hadn't. Basically her reply amounted to a condescending and dismissive pat on the head assuring me of her deep concern. She wanted to wait on the authoritative IG report before forming an opinion apparently.

My rep, Franks,AZ, was on the list. However, when I tried to send him a sarcastic "thank you" for helping pass HR 822 after I had asked him not get the feds involved in my CCW permit, there was a problem in transmitting the e-mail. I had also asked who would need demonrats with repuglicans like him around. Maybe that was the problem.

There should be 435 names on that list for the one basic fact that 50,000 people have died because of their breaking of State law, Federal Laws, as well as violating the U.S.Constitution, and International law. But we have a bunch of pandering wimps in Congress. I will be on the phone and e-mailing mine in the morning to get a response as to why his name is not on the list demanding resignation, or criminal charges. Taz, FL
