Another collectivist mammalian country heard from.

In response to the Nancy and Harry "lame duck" post below, an anonymous collectivist replied thusly:

Dinosaurs, make way for the mammals. Your world is done. Go ahead and spend the last few dollars from your social security disability check on army ammo pouches and the like; knock yourself out. The world is going to move on without you. In five years, no one will even remember that your blog existed. You are fossils.

You know, when I first read this, this particular "dinosaur" thought about the film clip below and of how many tyrannical collectivists will die before me and my kind become extinct.

You never need to say another word after watching the video clip. Now that is funny!

Unless we start doing what neds to be done to ouster King George, it may be true that in five years, no one will remember anything that the government doesn't TELL them to remember.
And those who still use their own minds will be in the gulag, while the democrat zombie horders roam the earth serving their betters and saying,"duhhhhh... duhhhhhh...duhhhhhhh..."

Better guess again, pretty-hands. You're on the wrong side of history.
Human nature never really changes. Violence-(not the forte of you frustrated thespians, I know) is the catalyst for real change in civilizations.

So get ready, Tinkerbell. It's going to be SUCH a pleasure grinding you and yours into the dirt.

Finally, we'll be rid of you.

I have a rule about never EVER reading the endarkened spew from a leftwinger. Wouldn't be good for my brain cells to clog it up with crap so I never read a word of it. Oh I know lots of people read tons of it. In fact they can't get enough of it. After awhile they just acquire an appetite for shit and there's nothing they can do about it and so they become Democrats. As long as we have these devils in DC these crap eaters will never starve.

I remember that scene from JP. Someone had told the guy to stay still because the T-rex "keys on movement."
Ha. Any predator that does would starve.
Not knowing your enemy is fatal.
If we are dinosaurs, then maybe we are the ankylosaurus. Armor-plated, omnivorous not predatory, and only dangerous when attacked due to the honking big spiked club on its tail.
The theory is that the dinosaurs are still with us in the form of birds. Think of the eagle, the condor, the hawk, and the ostrich, which may keep its head low when threatened until the last second and then administer an ass-kicking with nasty great pointy feet.

Wow. What a genius.

We'll see, I guess. We'll see.

That's funny...I've always thought of collectivist tyrannophiles as atavistic throwbacks and liberty-minded individuals as more intellectually and morally advanced. After all, we're not the ones longing for a return to what amounts to feudalism.
And I'm not particularly worried about who's going to prevail in the end. As Ayn Rand wrote in "Atlas Shrugged," "One of these centuries, the brutes, private or public, who believe that they can rule their betters by force, will learn the lesson of what happens when brute force encounters mind and force."

Fossils?
Where are we going?
And better yet, WHO is taking us there?

Does this moronic libiot not understand that we breed?
Perhaps I should introduce him to my kids.
They could sort him out, no problem!

Some of us are "fossils" with a lot of like-minded friends and personally owned crew served weapons. Some of the "friends and family" are also Oathkeepers in Military and Police service...Say what you want, anonymouse, our existence has a significant deterrent effect.

It's "Who Dares Wins"
Not "Who Snivels Wins"

Being armed is an essential part of being successful in armed conflict.

That T-Rex gives a new meaning to "Liberty's Teeth". GW would be proud. HA HA

It isn't about being remembered. It's about going out with so much a fight that they will have no choice but to remember.

Even if we are never remembered, the natural instinct to be free will rise up again. It is a law or nature. Even if we are not credited for anything, we will live on in the next fight for freedom no matter how long from now that it.

For what happens when you go out without a fight, see "The Soviet Story" on YouTube. Western Rifle Shooters has a link. Though they joined the Allies, they produced several times more victims than the Nazis disposed of. Their own people.
I imagine big-government fans are unfamiliar with mass graves. Or maybe they see the photos and think "They musta done SOMETHING wrong."
No, they just LIVED. They turned in their guns, those who could afford them in the first place, because their wise leaders knew what was best, you see. Soon, suffering reached levels where a bullet to the neck seemed like a favor.

In a way he's going to the heart of the matter - It has to do with who decides, in a particular culture at a particular time, what is reality.

This scene is memorable in that I embarrassed my wife when I made the comment that the T-rex would be hungry in a short time because once he shook the shit out of the lawyer there wouldn't be anything left but the suit.

Ah, typical libs. Come up with a dinosaur/evolution/Darwin kind of analogy.

Let's take the JP idea further though. The dinosaurs had been extinct. It was the greed of unscrupulous and near-sighted men that awakened the dinosaurs.

When they did this, they found out that they couldn't control them. Worse, they found out that they could reproduce, learn, adapt, and create great havoc. Oops!

In the end, the dinosaurs win. They're free in their own land and the near-sighted have to just leave them alone. Or get eaten. Whatever.

Don't you love the old-fashioned "Carl Sagen" speak from these nitwits?

THEY ARE STUCK IN THE 70s - GOD HELP THEM (I won't).

It's funny. Everything they say about the rest of us accurately describes their own bizarre -- and isolated -- understanding of life, which is of course lived in their own little bubble.

Was advised 22 yrs ago, in the lobby of a state capitol building, that I was a dinosaur who didn't know he was extinct. Still here and taking bites out of their hides.

Sadly, I don't think t is all that natural - and that we often forget this fact.

Our Founders (PBUT) truly did make "A 5000 year leap." Even today, have a look around the world. BILLIONS of people live in the most appalling conditions, many screaming for "freedom" but none actually standing up in any mass to TAKE any for themselves.

Look at all the "social-democracies" of Europe who have traded their Liberty for some false sense of security.

Look how many of our countrymen are falling all over themselves to surrender to Leviathan.

WE are the aberrations, my friend.

I assume you've read my "This Man..." post if not, let me know and I'll post a link.

I've never been able to understand how one group of humans got to the point that they'd casually take a seat on the edge of a ditch filled with the bodies of their friends and neighbors, then quietly wait for their bullet.

Equally boggling is how the other group became such monsters as to be able to enact such mass slaughter without apparent guilt or misgiving.

You've cleared one for me -- the bullet *WAS* a favor.

God help us -- and God Save Our Republic!!

Reading that, I am reminded of the scene from the 2001 version of "Planet of the Apes," in which Charleton Heston plays the father of the chief antagonist, General Thade. Heston's character has his son break open a container, out of which falls an old, filthy semi-auto pistol (I think a Beretta 92, did anyone get a better look at it than me?), and warns his son of the ingenuity of humans, as evidenced by the handgun.

Oh, and the irony of Charleton Heston doing a cameo in this movie and working in his dedication to gun rights is simply delicious.

Of most interest to us, he mentions that the power of the gun is more than that of "one thousand spears."

Indeed. With one gun, you can take on an army - one gun can get you a rifle and some ammo, that rifle can get you and a buddy several more and some grenades, etc., etc. THAT is what the statists, the would-be feudal lords of our future fear the most. Sorry, assholes, you can't uninvent guns. You may take every single one, but someone in some small town, or even a small shithole village in Pakistan or the Phillippines will make new ones, and get them here for the right price via narcotics networks. Either that or, since you SOBs need guns to rule over us, they can be bought and/or stolen without the use of other guns. If there are no guns, and I want one, I need only one reasonably nice-looking woman dedicated to the cause (or dedicated to some money, gold, silver, food, etc.) and one rock (or crowbar, or chisel, etc.) and I've got my gun. Ditto in at least 1,000 other places around the country.

We will NOT be assimilated.

Dedicated Dad, I salute you, sir.
Your blog shows as much courage and insight as Mr. Vanderboegh's. I wil be a regular reader.
I do indeed know "This man," a Latvian, I believe, about to be executed by his country's police, in much the same way as the "First Million Mom March," with the followup photo showing the police executing naked wounded mothers and daughters as they tried to crawl away.
We have such a lack of empathy in our society in general, I think it would be a small step if the government offered an opportunity to "get some payback against THOSE PEOPLE." So it COULD happen here, but we will not allow it.
