We must keep memory of Erik's Death alive. That is the only way there will eve be justice.

Signed Longbow and thank you for the heads up.

Might as well make the lists again!

I signed the petition. I know the Scott family is in the discovery phase of a federal civil rights lawsuit against the copthugs who killed Erik and covered up his murder, but there isn't much coverage any more. The murder of Erik Scott cannot be allowed to simply fade away with time.

Plus, it's nice to be able to give Holder one more thing to worry about! Always engage the enemy on multiple fronts!!

Thanks for posting the link.

My signing also gnerated an e-mail to the DOJ. It was returned with the following comment: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

usdojmonitor@gmail.com
(generated from askdoj@usdoj.com)
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::
host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [74.125.65.27]:
552-5.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota. Please direct
552-5.2.2 the recipient to
552 5.2.2 http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=6558 go3si1313174qab.3

I know this is too long for a comment, but I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I note from the synopsis at the petition site, this event was triggered by a Costco employee reporting that Erik had a gun. This type of citizen action has triggered other atrocities against law abiding gun owners, including the Waco slaughter, initiated based on a report of a UPS driver. Something is missing in our national character when private individuals take it on themselves to start an action that results in the death of an innocent person by out of control government agents.

After looking into the returned e-mails I found that I was given an incorrect e-mail to the DOJ. I was given an extension of usdoj.com, the correct extension is usdoj.gov. I have corrected the petition to send responses to the correct address.

thanks,
