Bigger Than Bundy Ranch?

"Militia put on 'Level 2 Alert' to Defend Oregon Ranchers against Tyrannical Feds Who Label Them Terrorists."
What militia? And as we saw at Bundy's who leads in these things is critical to success.

That appears to be the Ranger Payne bunch who brought you the leadership of Bundy Ranch.

I am certainly no lawyer so besides the obviousness of this farce from the start,

What about The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:

[N]or shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb. . .

Not being even mentioned as an issue in the article?

"They" want to declare a trial illegal after tried, convicted, sentence served.

How does it not apply?

Rule of law is dead.

I have emailed the Sheriff, David Ward. He sent me the transcript for the resentencing (known as 10-60066 transcript Hammond final Aiken 10-07-2015.pdf). I have to say, reading the transcript, that the stuff you see printed on the internet about this case seems to stray from the truth, and that the actions of Steve Hammond don't look very admirable (such as the slaughtering of several deer).

While I tend to be pretty cynical of the actions of government employees, I think this case needs more scrutiny before we all go off on a wild goose chase. Email the sheriff and ask for that transcript and see what you think.

In case you haven't noticed, in the last few years, the 'laws' the Fudd's use to
screw over citizens, only apply to citizens ! The Fudd's have, and continue to violate and misapply them at will with impunity. Real 'justice' in America has been a myth for decades now !! The Fudd's in the employ of our piss poor excuse for a government, violate more laws to screw over citizens than the Mafia ever has, and
they lie by omissions, and exaggerate and lie about 'evidence' and swear that what
they have done 'under the color of law' isn't 'conspiracy'. It's only 'conspiracy'
if citizens act together !! Double standards or what ??

And they wonder why members of the public not only don't trust them, but despise them and would like to see them all tried and found guilty for violating the laws they're supposed to be enforcing fairly and legitimately. In actuality, they are more dishonest and pose bigger threats to citizens than the 'alleged' criminals they're supposed to be after.
