Regulating the Militia

Modern Minuteman.
The Second Amendment is about protecting ourselves from the state.
The purpose of having citizens armed with paramilitary weapons is to allow them to engage in paramilitary actions. The Second Amendment is not about Bambi and burglars — whatever a well-regulated militia is, it is not a hunting party or a sport-clays club. It is remarkable to me that any educated person — let alone a Harvard Law graduate — believes that the second item on the Bill of Rights is a constitutional guarantee of enjoying a recreational activity.

Was wondering if anyone else has read this,

and if so- what do you think? I think the author's name is fake, as is the photo, but whoever wrote the piece has hit the nail square on the head. The survival of the Republic and our lives as free citizens depends on Feinstein's bill going down in flames

I read it. It struck me that if this were Massachusetts in the 1690's, Cotton Mather would see to it that Feinstein went down in flames, not her bill. Note that I said, DOWN in flames, not up, as that is where the commie POS is headed. I agree with you that whoever wrote the article, hit the nail on the head. Please post again, any articles that show Americans getting some steel in their spine and saying: not only NO, but Hell No!
