David Gregory Violates DC Gun Law On National TV

(b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term “large capacity ammunition feeding device” means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
Think he'll get prosecuted? Is Chuck Schumer's hair his own?

In the farmyard, all the animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.

Somewhere recently I read this - While the middle classes obey the law, the poor can simply ignore it because they have nothing to lose, and the rich can buy any application of the law they want. We know where David stands, I'm sure.

Ahh, how quickly we forget democrat Jim Webb's aide being nailed for attempting to smuggle a loaded handgun into a federal building - AFTER illegally transporting it through DC.

DC Police Chief Lanier: Wait, what?

Oh, never mind.

It is a wonder his hand has not rotted an dropped off!
He will now have to exclaim: "Unclean!" "Unclean!" before he shakes hands ever again as he has obviously been infected with the anti 'hi-cap clip' virus.
The major symptom of which is hypocracy -

Time for each and every reader of this blog to call the DC Police Department and report this crime. The non-emergency phone number is 202.727.9099. Let's see if we can make enough calls to warrant a comment.

NBC contacted MPD inquiring if they could utilize a high capacity magazine for their segment. NBC was informed that possession of a high capacity magazines is not permissible and their request was denied. This matter is currently being investigated. Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.

It seems that Gregory is being investigated for having that magazine (though I can't find the article from Drudge).
Also, his children attend the same police guarded school that the POS BHO sends his kids to.
