Michelle Malkin on the intellectual basis of Planned Parenthood.
"We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members." Margaret Sanger from Woman's Body, Woman's Right: A Social History of Birth Control in America, by Linda Gordon
"I accepted an invitation to talk to the women's branch of the Ku Klux Klan...I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses...I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak...In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered." (Margaret Sanger: An Autobiography, P.366)

Sanger was also a sexual pervert. She was a sick, sick bitch.
I'd say by now most people know what she was all about, and thanks to ultrasound ALL people now know that abortion is the tortuous murder of an innocent and helpless baby. The abortion industry can't lie anymore and tell the mother that it is just a "blob of tissue". Still, some just do not care because of selfishness and lust for their own sexual perversions.
Yeah, everybody knows. That is why you don't find a Planned Parenthood department in Macy's. Yet. You will however find them in the slum areas of town or the edge of civilization because a fisherman casts where the fish feed.
In the case of those "unfit" people, maybe Sanger had reason to worry back then about "their more rebellious members" because it was a more moral time and those folks would have rightly risen up against it. Liberalism via television and movies hadn't made people morons yet. But today many worship the obama god so their own racism prevents them from really giving a shit. Just ask Alveda King.
Margaret Sanger lived and died a registered repulican.
Women of Valor
Am I misreading that sign, or was the pic shot in NJ? -- you know, deepineharta the land of superior Leftards (AKA "Yankee-land")?!!
Personally, I think discouraging reproduction among the looter-classes is a good move - ESPECIALLY while they're on welfare!
I'm not suggesting forcible sterilization or abortion, but rather "no more babies as long as you're on welfare." That is NOT unreasonable!
Words fail me.
There's nothing changed about Planned Parenthood, they've merely chosen a new target.
That target is all non-progressives.
Progressives have been wildly successful bringing family size down to less than three on average, accomplishing what they could not achieve via abortions alone.
Dedicated Dad,
Welfare should not exist in the first place. The arguments over pre-conditions for receiving Welfare payments, is predicated on the statement, "We're going to have Welfare anyway, so..."
If you first accept the false premise, you have already lost the argument.
PP (pun intended) and the KKK are two peas in a pod. Only collectivists believe that 'unfit' need to be culled for the 'greater good.' Only collectivists believe that skin pigmintation and genetic haplogroups determine whether someone is human or in their own words, 'sub-human.'
And Female III is onto something else. Only collectivists believe that everyone should have to share their body with everyone else, whether they want to or not.
LONGBOW: Of course you're correct - I guess I just gave up on that one a long time ago...
In my experience, most people can't wrap their minds around "no welfare" - too big a "leap" for them...
So, let's start with "no babies, no drugs." You'll get a shot or norplant checked every month when you come to pick up your check - right after your drug test.
Next we'll implement the work-program. Them what works, eats. We'll give you stuff to do - which will become more unpleasant the longer you're on "the system."
Your home will be subject to random "inspection" (read:search) as well. We find drugs? You're OUT of .gov housing and off any "assistance" program. Likewise if we find any persons other than authorized immediate family, you're OUT!
Those would do for starters - the ultimate point is to make it something people will work to get OFF OF! - not "a lifestyle choice" as it's become!
She did speak to a chapter of the Klan's female auxiliary as she admitted in her autobiography and was an eugenicist hell bent to eradicate "undesirables" from society, however the photo of her lecturing the Klanswomen is a composite that was submitted to a anti-Sanger blog-site and won the blog's Margaret Sanger art award in 2005.
I did some research on the photo and ended up issuing a retraction on my facebook page after posting it yesterday.
