Subject: United States v. Avila et al. :Discovery Protective Order
Counsel,
After further consideration and review of Judge Teilborg’s April 1, 2011 protective order, we have decided to forgo seeking an additional protective order at this time and rely upon the current protective order. Judge Teilborg’s April 1, 2011 protective order continues to cover all discovery in this case. This includes additional wire tap related discovery recently made available by our office and all future discovery. I have attached the existing protective order below. Discovery is available to be picked up at your convenience. Paralegal Myra Braskett or her associate will be providing the discovery to you. If you have any questions please email me or call me.
Thank you.
W. Mark Conover
Assistant United States Attorney

Here is the pdf of the original protective order attached to the email.
And here is a screen shot of the email:
OOOOOH . . . More wiretap information. How cool is that? Now there's something that the committee will end up seeing one of these days, don't you think? You know, Congressman Issa was just saying on the Hannity TV show the other night that he has more second-tier whistleblowers in DOJ coming forward every day and providing printouts of emails. I wonder if this is what he was talking about?

Can't believe there are no comments to this post, with all those juicy email addresses...

I know this is a big deal. I know this is something you and Codrea have poured your life into for almost (more than?) the last year. But dog-gone-it, it seems to me like you're so consumed by it that you're missing the rest of the stuff that's going on. We're talking about the "legalized" apprehension and indefinite detention of American citizens based upon suspicion! I can't think of a more serious affront to liberty.
Anon 3:26, I doubt Mike and Dave are missing what is happening. This just happens to be the front they are engaged on and it requires their full attention.
"We're talking about the "legalized" apprehension and indefinite detention of American citizens based upon suspicion! I can't think of a more serious affront to liberty."
Exactly.
No one's holding you back.
Fire when ready.
Mike is doing a duty only he can do. Codrea is doing a duty only he can do. Others around the Blogosphere have taken up positions as well, each specializing in their various fortes.
The result is an aggregate of information all of which is vital to the survival of the country, including F &F, citizen targeting and the International Arms Treaty.
Our job is to monitor these, disseminate the to the lay public and the keep the pipeline of information open.
If you can't for any reason get published, then talk with knowledge. Talkradio is a good forum for knowledgeable callers (readers of Sipsey Street and War on Guns) to bring valuable points in the 90-seconds you can get on the air.
Nobody else is going to do the research and broadcast of this.
"...But dog-gone-it, it seems to me like you're so consumed by it that you're missing the rest of the stuff that's going on."
There is one hell of a lot going on and this is part of it, where "they" have been "caught" out in the open, with their pants down, dead bodies at their feet, with smoking guns present at the scene, their finger prints and DNA all over the place.
But no one want to report it to the people of this country. Because the monopolization of power and money would be interrupted, to say nothing of the careers and freedom of those involved, since we do not shoot traitors anymore.
I personally don't want them shot but hung instead using hemp ropes as a reminder to us of their constant lies and abuses. Their bodies should be left in public areas for no longer than 8 days. Gotta watch the overtime you know!
