There's an @55h01e out there selling bootleg ebook editions of a couple of my actual books and some separate cover art. (I think some people are even buying them, which is funny because the legit editions are cheaper.) The publishing services blow off DMCA notices, and I can't afford to pay an attorney to do anything about it (nor could I find one willing to work on a contingency basis).
