Don't forget Sharyl Attkisson's latest expose on the real “Iron River” of guns into Mexico: the Direct Commercial Sales program, administered by the State Department.
ATF's dual mandate includes regulation of federally-licensed retail gun dealers. It is not a coincidence that ATF always looks first to their regulatory clients (i.e., FFLs) when pursuing the other half of their mandate: criminal distribution and use of firearms. And it is also not surprising that ATF would be oblivious to other firearms distribution channels that were not under their regulatory umbrella — particularly when those channels were controlled by other federal agencies.
This is yet more evidence of why ATF should be disbanded, and regulation (if any) of the gun industry located far, far away from investigation and enforcement of crimes involving guns.
Be careful out there. Glue some 40 grit on the bottom of your walking boots, it's awful slippery in the snake pit. See if you can get the GPS coordinates for where the good, pure, white gravy comes bubbling up out of the ground, while you're there. Hope you remembered to pack a snake-bite kit. Best steaks are at DC Chophouse. Get Randy Babbitt to drive if you a cocktail!
Oh, and don't call that 'Vince Foster Cab Company', but DO ask for the Marion Berry Special at your hotel. You'll get a hooker and a bag of coke, both which of course you will decline, but you also have the taxpayers pay for your room and food.

Don't drink the Kool-Aid, Mike! Of course, we know you won't! Have at 'em, and don't let any of them escape the truth.
Just remember, even in the most advanced game of chess, a single pawn, properly placed, can checkmate a king.
Be careful brother. People have a habit of coming up dead when bearding the beast in his lair.
Not encouraged by your "more tonight" comment and then hearing nothing. Hope all is well. God bless!
