There is a FireFox add-in called BetterPrivacy. It allows you to handle these flash cookies for FireFox.

For Firefox, better privacy and ghostery add ons can be set for them, looks like this is the best though.

If you are on a Mac you can use a small app called Flysh, to get rid of Flash Cookies.
YMMV

Better Privacy runs quite smoothly on Windows XP with Firefox. When you shut the browser down it asks if you want the cookies deleted. A no brainer, must-have app.

Thanks. I just installed BetterPrivacy in Firefox 6.0.2 on a Linux box.

My word, Mike. I'm running an older XP machine and the browser (Firefox) was clunky, buggy and would crash if the browser windows were left open for a few hours. It would take minutes to load new tabs and close the browser. I got rid of the flash cookies and my machine is running like brand new.

Thank you, sir!
