Explain to me how this differs from law enforcement support of the Klan in the 1960s or German police assistance to the Brown Shirts in the 1930s.

This is why God inspired Hiram Maxim and John Moses Browning.

A situation just begging for the application of automatic weapons fire.

Here's a question: If these thug sonsabitches show up threatening your children on your property, why shouldn't you shoot as many of the bastards as possible while they are still in range?

And why shouldn't you shoot the thug cops operating under color of law, too?

The Deacons for Defense and Justice would understand.

Anyone that does not own at least one good firearm, 100 rounds of ammo and know how to use it,is living in LALA land. These pukes should have been mowed down or at the very least, turn on the sprinklers. Who paid for the cops from D.C. to escort them? Who paid for the T-shirts,buses and signs? Follow the money trail. I bet it gets real interesting. These people don't even care if we know what they are up to!They are so arrogant and full of themselves, they don't think people will stand up to them.Gee, I hope they show up at my house.

Seems kinda like the poison gas dance during the First 20th-Century War of European Self-Extinction.

Once one side starts, the field is open for all players.

Nice of the Left to provide the precedent...

One sometimes wonders why the other side seems to crave civil war so badly.

Not that the banker scum is any sort of saint but he still has civil rights.

Interestingly, the DC Police who had escorted them were out of their juristiction, since the protest was actually held in Maryland. This means they couldn't legally enforce any laws of Maryland, like trespassing, terrorizing, etc.

Now, this also means they couldn't have legally responded should the owner have raised the black flag and started slitting throats, so to speak. I really wonder if they would have maintained their ambivilance then.

Diogenes said...

Of course, IF the owner had appeared with rifle in hand, THEN the police would have made a scene about it. Not for the crowd but to arrest or confront the owner. "the peaceful demonstrators are just exercising their first amendment rights" excuse.

Screwed if you do, screwed if you don't.

The First Amendment states the government shall not restrict:

'...the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'

Keyword: peaceably.

This should've been broken up with tear gas and batons. Terrorizing a teenage boy alone in his house; how noble, how brave.

The phrase "Get off my lawn" comes to mind. Failure to do so constitutes an imminent threat to my life and will be responded to accordingly. If the Metro PD wish to play along and protect the people on my lawn, then they have absolved me of any reason to care for their safety.

The purple shirts might just be firing on Fort Sumpter right now...

The cops were probably union members. I guess they have to protect their paychecks and retirement pensions too. At least those who live in the area now have a better idea with whom the police will side when the SHTF.

It would take me a week, maybe longer with a pressure washer and bailing hook to clean the meat and bones from under the chassis.

It'd be full speed ahead through the middle of the crowd, in 4WD.

here's an answer to your question. There is no reason to hold fire.

aughtsix said...

Where I live, this is very unlikely to happen. But if it did, I would step out side with a shotgun and order them off my property.
The cops around here wouldn't escort them and would, at least in their hearts, applaud my actions.

Folks need to wrap their minds around the fact that LEO's serve a political master and NOT the public interest.

Law Enforcement and SWAT are no friends to the Constitution and the American people.

Recent actions by all levels and branches of law enforcement have reinforced their contempt for those who pay their salaries.

Law Enforcement will be the spark that ignites the 2nd American Revolution.

"Had the mob decided to torch the house, the D.C. police would not have been authorized to intervene. Not their jurisdiction. They’re just escorts." WTF?

Are these sworn officers or Authoritas security guards (observe and report)? Even as a private citizen, these officers can stop a felony in progress.

If I was an officer of a major US corporation, I would live in a near-fortress with many non-lethal and lethal security devices and a private military company on-call for situations like this. The first response would be extremely loud (painful) horns that would drive the SEIU into the street and off of the property, as well as preventing them from effectively chanting (can't hear each other, can't hear themselves). The TelCo "off-hook" noise is particularly annoying.

Let them break into the house...

Cheers.

Solution : Black Tips and body bags.
The only reason that such things have not stopped is that the People have not started executing terminal ballistic exercises on the violators.
Couple of years ago, there was a series of home invasions in Florida, People terrorized, raped, beaten, robbed, and stabbed. The invasions mysteriously ceased after two homeowners shot a couple of the bastards to death . Poof. Solution.

Using Olofosn ROW, if a citizen is placed in jeopardy by thugs, SEIU or other home invaders, with or without Gestapo police escort, you have nothing to lose. It does not matter what you do, you will be the bad guy. Might as well take a few of the really evil ones permanently out of the equation and save some work for the next guy.

Of course- a large SUV could have made a useful impression on these arseholes. And the SUV driver could say, as they carted bodies away like sacks of dung,

"I dunno; I think the accelerator stuck, then I blacked out. Don't remember anything else. It was awful. I'm so traumatized I may have to sue the survivors for being in my way!"

i'm pretty sure, according to local "castle law", i have to wait till i'm really sure they're fixing to enter my house and then, yes, i'm allowed to shoot them thru the door. and shoot till the threat is gone. so go ahead and ask, do i have 500 bullets ready to go near my front door?

If they pulled this crap on my home in Northern Virginia, I would come out in military interceptor body armor with a full combat rig with my M4 Carbine loaded using a 100 round C-Mag with the safety off. I would tell them they are tresspassing and are under arrest. If ANY of them made the slightest hostile move, I would shoot to kill. I have zero sympathy for these terrorists. AND if the DC police officers made the slightest moves towards their weapons, I would have no choice but to target them 2nd as they are out of their jurisdiction and any move would be considered to be hostile. Fortunately, these monkeys are probably smart enough to know not to pull this shit in Virginia as they are likely to get shot in our state.

PS - in a non-lethal sense, imagine the outright merriment which could have ensued via the actions of one man, one wrist-braced slingshot and a half dozen cherry bombs.

I never before thought of a mini-gun as a home defense weapon. If I had one, and if I saw that mob of terrorists swarm onto my property, I wouldn't hesitate to defend myself.

"I was afraid for my life, officer. That's why I fired my shotgun multiple times. I thought those thugs were going to kill me!"

The fuckers used a technicality of cross-jurisdictional etiquette in order to ensure there would be NO STANDING AUTHORITY at the house.

It was PLANNED that way.

Too bad the kid didn't turn on the sprinklers for those dogs in heat.

TOTWTYTR said...

In some states, shooting trespassers like that would be legal. If an adult gun owner was home and could articulate a reasonable fear of harm. A mob of 500 people, whether armed or not, would certainly instill fear in this gun owner. In some states it would be perfectly legal to step out on your front porch, direct the trespassers to leave, and after a suitable wait open fire. More so if one of the tough guys decided to test your resolve and advanced towards you.

Just saying.

That bit about the cops is fucking disgusting.
I know the SCOTUS ruled that cops are under no obligation to come to a citizen's aid, but this just encourages this sortof thing.
And frankly, I'm not so sure the cops aren't sympathetic, being union and all. I mean, if we showwed up at Andy Stern's hopuse, how quickly do you think they'd show?

And did you not publish my comment in the post about Greece on purpose?

I read about this "event" -- an act of terrorization if ever there was one -- but this photo really brings it home. I am unprepared to deal with a mob like this. Way unprepared. Time to re-think everything.

TPaine said...

It differs not one iota - the DC police escort the mob to the scene of the incident, knowing full well what is going to happen, and then sit back and watch the mayhem unfold. Metro was as guilty as the SEIU thugs.

Good thing I'm not on the SEIU radar, because had it been my home, there would have been a firefight - one brisk warning to vacate my premises, and then all hell would break loose. But I'd be sure to call the media and tell them what and where before the shooting started.

They will eventually try this at the wrong (right?) residence, and major news will be made.

I hate legal tyranny!!

The SEIU & Co will be a force to be reckoned with in time. Elections are coming. This Union Army is legally organizing, growing and gathering its progressive force$. ACORN is also a chameleon inside of SEIU as their mission is one and the same.

I also believe this radical Union will be a standing peoples army for Obama, as his reign of power and control grows. I don’t see this arrogant narcissist stepping down or going away that easy.

These are the same progressive, liberal, socialist and communist radicals that marched thru America in the 60s unopposed and unchallenged for 50yrs and they own our hill, courts and schools.

WE THE CONSERVATIVE PEOPLE have a lot of catching up to do. If we are not at the edge of the obis already.

Keep fighting the good fight patriots. Pack smart, pack tight and make a lot of good friends.

Per Colonel Cooper:

Some years ago I did a piece on the use of the 22 for riot control. Family member Colonel Brian Tonnacliff now notes that the Israelis seem to have read my piece and acted upon it, since they are doing in Jerusalem at this time approximately what I suggested. The tactic was reported with some dismay in an English newspaper, which apparently disapproves of the Israeli need to defend itself from rock-throwing mobs. The 22 is handy, precise, and it can be silenced. It is not devastating, but it takes the rock-thrower neatly out of action.
