regarding nullification, The libs point to article 6 of the Constitution as the fereral supremacy clause. They are correct. HOWEVER, the bill of Rights AMENDED the original Constitution, through the adoption of the BOR. Therefore the 10th amend SUPERCEDES ANY (preceding) part of the Constitution that it may come into conflict with.
