Thanks to Irregular V. for bringing this to my attention from the Lew Rockwell blog.

Congress Kettle Black

Posted by James Ostrowski on March 24, 2010 07:13 PM

Congress just passed a law threatening to send thugs to peoples’ homes to do violence if they fail to buy health insurance, yet many of them are now complaining about being threatened for doing so. And all with zero sense of irony.

Well if the Census forms are any sign, there's gonna be a lot of door-to-door salesman jobs opening up. Heard that after a week only 16% of the US has submitted their cards back to Big Brother.

You know what else chaps my a$$, that fact that credit card companies are being allowed to charge customers a yearly fee to carry the card. I've been a Citibank card holder with excellent credit for 15 years. I have a zero balance, yet they are going to 'charge me' for having the card. If I cancel the card, my credit rating takes a hit. WTF is up with that?

Good luck with the door-to-door visits.

To quote a movie line from years ago "There's A Storm Coming".

I addressed another article from Walls of the City, which is a roundup of criticisms of the Window War.
