Do Bundy Ranch Standoff Indictments Mean More Arrests are Imminent?

The indictment lists nine United States Code violations, including: “Conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States: Conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer; Carrying a firearm in a crime of violence; Assault on a federal officer; Threatening a federal law enforcement officer; Obstructing justice; Interfering with interstate commerce by extortion; [and] Interstate travel in aid of extortion.” It also presents five forfeiture allegations leveled against “property obtained from the proceeds of their crimes, totaling at least $3 million, including cattle [and require the defendants] “to forfeit firearms and ammunition used in the April 12, 2014, standoff with federal authorities.” This action is leading to justifiable speculation and worries that others who assisted in security operations and who were at Bunkerville to show solidarity with the cause of resolving western land disputes may now find themselves rounded up. Some have seized on that and are issuing strident warnings that are long on alarm but short on corroboration beyond unsubstantiated claims of having “intel.” It may be that a massive operation is in the works, but to react imprudently without actual intelligence is a good way to escalate things to the favor of those who wish to discredit the Patriot movement.

When Obama needs another distraction, more arrests will come to pass. They will be one or two at a time, and a total surprise when they happen. Intel deemed "bad" will turn out to be good, intnetionally of course, "good" intel will turn out to be bad, of course again by design, and the end result will be pick pick pick pick pick pick until OathKeepers are scared of their own shadow.

Some would argue that has taken place already. I submit that arrests over Ferguson are still pending, and they will be "across state lines" and "unlicensed transfers" violations that could be as simple has one person handing a rifle to another who then hands it to another. The DOJ fight with ferguson council is FAR from over and Obama and Lynch will lean on everyone they can, however it is beneficial for them to do so. With Lynch being a possible nominee, which I think ties up the DOJ too, she is likely going to be his pick.

I sugeest Oathkeepers, and all others involved, make sure a stipend in cash is readily available, hidden, for when the credit and debit cards stop working, for when credit cards are locked up and when "banking errors" have accounts themselves locked up for a time.

We have about three, maybe four more months to prepare, then the scorched earth stuff begins, from pardons to arrests. Make things safe for your families if you get grabbed up folks, cuz it IS coming.

I've long been mulling an idea, but have no earthly clue how to make it happen. I would like to create (or see created) an app that would allow those with it to instantly record (vid & aud) and disseminate to all others with this app any police /fed malfeasance and/or aggression, violence, etc. In real time streaming.
The app would have settings that could be adjusted for sending and receiving that allow for degrees of infractions (such as the difference between seeing a cop taking a bribe to something as bad as what happened with Lavoy Finnicum) the users could set it for updates on a local, regional or national (maybe international?) scale.
Basically I see it as a 21st century version of the one if by land two if by sea concept. With minimal understanding of programming and just knowing what I know of our government's appetite to control all information,I would guess the roots of the program would have to come from the dark web, or have a way of keeping it running without interference.
Maybe it's pie in the sky thinking, but imagine the raw data that could be made common knowledge. Imagine if everyonein the car that day in Oregon had something like that... There'd be no waiting around for more trickle down evidence, we'd all know... Better or worse, we'd KNOW. Imagine that with hundreds of other cases.
I know people could record, upload on YouTube, etc. Just isn't happening 90% of the time. But something tantamount to an electronic gun, you load the ammo (app) wait for the target and pull the trigger (press a button on your phone) boom done, everyone is seeing it live.
Any idea how to make this happen? Sure might be useful if the federales plan on rounding people up in the middle of the night... One. By. One.

I believe that app already exists. It's called Cell411.

30,000 riflemen assembled at Bull Run in full kit prepared to march would bring this shit to a screeching halt.

But the Lord has seen fit to make the sons of Kedar few, once again.

Great idea Tony...no idea if it's feasible, but it'd be a lot better than what we have now which is just speculation about what happened an "video evidence" provided by the perpetrators of aggression.

Well, I suppose anyone who didn't see this coming, even as far back as 2014, can claim mental illness or defect. Not that it will do any good in an Obama kangaroo court. (I wish auto spell correct would stop capitalizing the O in Obama)

I wonder; if there had been a massive show of force after the murder of Lavoy Finicum, would the government be acting so cocky now?

Additionally, if there is a stand down order to the masses once the government starts grabbing up patriots and Oath Keepers who were at Bunkerville, should we start calling ourselves cowards?

Wow the Feds violated the reason we are supposed to tried in the Venue we were supposed to have committed the act in. Read "In the Spirit of Crazy Horse". Lenard Pelletier was removed from a favorable Venue and transported to an unfavorable venue so the government could get a conviction.

Lenard was one of the AIM folks who occupied Wounded Knee as a protest to the systematic oppression of the American Indian. Does this sound familiar????

The judge should transport him to his home state where the offence was supposed to have been committed. There is jurisdiction and proper venue then.

What we have here is an obvious effort to hold a man in a place that is favorable to the tyrants and adverse to the People. This was a complaint in the Declaration of Independence and there is a Bill of Rights protection against this very action.

They caught him coming off the plane, unarmed because they knew TSA unarmed people, they are in a venue where there is more antagonistic feeling of the population and outside the area where the complained events occurred. This is just Like Lenard had to deal with.

Yep the Feds have their game on.

Anon 6:37,
Thanks for the info. Just downloaded cell 411 and so far, it looks very similar to what I was thinking. Idk if I'm just out of the loop and people are already using this, but I think everyone should look into this app... At least until something better can be done. Just my 2 cents

"They control all the doors and have all the keys..." plus the FEDS have all the money they can print and all the time in the world to pursue EVERYONE who went to Bundy Ranch and in time they will get you all. Another bitter truth for you patriots who think you know the way to a successful win against TPTB.

NEWSFLASH, You trotted yourselves out there with no clear goal, no clear collective rally point, little training and all the hotheaded foolishness of what you call "revolutionary" stand, and it is going to get you all arrested. I go back to harping about CLEAR strategic goals, clear and well thought out tactical strategy where you prepare the battlefield through honest and real intelligence gathering that support your tactical intent and overall FINAL STRATEGY (which none of you can seem to articulate at all. you speak in euphemisms of "restoring freedom" and "restoration of the Constitutional America/government". But you have no clue how to get there. THIS IS WHY YOU WILL FAIL. Furthermore you lack coherent voices to motivate people to a common goal, and lack LEADERSHIP that can do it. You cannot hope to win with ad hoc fair weather inciters. The Jade Helm exercise was designed to enable the US FED GOV to infiltrate and disrupt ANY DISSIDENT ACTIONS against it(the CRIMINAL government and its OWN security and entrenchment) and yet you people don't see it. You don't listen to people who have survived previous Tyrannical rages, you don't study history and learn that you have to set aside the self imposed "moral" restrictions you have in your fight. The US FED GOV and its enforcers have NONE, AS SEEN EACH AND EVERY DAY!!! (Part one of Two part post)

(part two of Two)

Until American patriots and the militias have a few moments in the mirror thinking over everything I have said, and do HONEST self assessments of the what when and WHY they want to do things, and WHAT AND HOW they will do them and in the manner that they do them( how important is it really, what WILL you do to get there? ...if they are serious about getting there at all like the Founding Fathers were), they are DESTINED TO LOSE and LOSE BADLY.

I ALWAYS REFER to Solzhentisyn's quote because you people cannot GRASP what he is saying in it. You all STILL THINK that what you want can be attained through the same ineffective methods you cling to (insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over again EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS). You are ill prepared for the goal you think you want, and ill prepared to make any effort to get there. Plain and Simple.

HE WAS WARNING US. EVERYTHING I QUOTED IS TRUE IN AMERICA TODAY. Learn this lesson now. You will need to remember it in the not too-distant future.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”"

You would all do well to understand what Solzhenitsyn was getting at. read it over and over again to understand what the social climate was, what the personal feelings of desperation were, what they SHOULD HAVE DONE but did not, what the SAW going on around them then(and us RIGHT NOW.) Until you can grasp the gravity of that, you have NO HOPE and NO IDEA of the personal investment, and no idea of the personal RISK you MUST face by INACTION AND LACK OF UNDERSTANDING WHERE AMERICA IS AND GOING. You have no RIGHTS, you have privileges that are being taken away I post this, but you refuse to see it, because you cannot overcome the brainwashing that says "It CAN'T happen here". and yet it is and yet you deny it.

For now, the Feds are clearly scaling the aggressiveness of their actions to the perception that the targets are not ready to engage in armed resistance.

Are mass arrests coming? The answer hinges on whether you are ready to kill those trying to arrest you.

"...The Jade Helm exercise was designed to enable the US FED GOV to infiltrate and disrupt ANY DISSIDENT ACTIONS against it.."

No. It was an exercise which leveraged assets and authorities across the whole of government in order to go after threats which are not constrained by national boundaries. Bottom line- bad guys are not limited by law. We are. And for good reason.

At the same time, if we have US citizens working in the US or overseas, or foreign elements working in the USA, we have different organisations with different authorities which are, for good reason, separate. But the bad guys are, again, not constrained by this, only we are.

Can such coordination be abused? Of course. Can bad guys use guns to do bad things? Of course. Can good guys use guns to do good things? Of course.

How such power and ability is used is the issue- not the fact that we have SOF which can coordinate and operate in conjunction with conventional forces, and/or federal, state, and local law enforcement. The exercise was merely a venue by which to exercise such coordination.

Now-- with rule of law down the shitter, and criminals in positions of "leadership", should this worry us? That's the issue.

The Leonard Peltier case is a classic one in the efforts and extremes that the Feds
went to that violated about everything to do with any real 'justice'. They lied from the very beginning about why and who the FBI Agents were pursuing when they went into the Jumping Bull complex and initiated things by firing the first shots.

They continued the lies regarding the weapons that were supposedly used to kill the two Feebs. One was supposedly destroyed by fire in a vehicle to the point that they claimed 'no ballistic tests' of it were possible, yet they suddenly turned around and 'found' cartridge cases in the trunk of a vehicle.

They lied to the Canadian government to get Peltier back int the U.S. so they could arrest him. They changed the venue for his trial because the others accused with him were found 'not guilty' where they were tried. They went 'judge shopping' for one that was on their side and accepted their version of things and their 'evidence', even though it was bull shit.

Leonard Peltier is the longest held 'political prisoner' in America today, and part of the reason is because asshole Freer at the FBI rallied to keep him in prison when he was Director of the FBI. Interesting too that Freer or Freeh or whatever his name is, had a claim to fame because he 'infiltrated a brokerage firm' undercover. That took real courage I'm sure.

Via Oathkeepers:

http://www.sltrib.com/news/3611906-155/bundy-family-member-arrested-in-utah

"'My husband had nothing to do with that Oregon stuff,' said Marylynn Bundy, who said she was raised in Delta and has six children with her husband.

David Bundy was, however, with his family in Nevada in 2014 when Cliven Bundy's dispute with the Bureau of Land Management bubbled up into the standoff with federal agents, she said.

David Bundy was arrested and cited for taking a photograph of federal agents who were working to seize the family's livestock, his wife said.

He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Thursday afternoon."

I'm sure the guards at Treblinka didn't want to be photographed either.

FBI agents under investigation for possible misconduct in LaVoy Finicum shooting:

http://www.oregonlive.com/oregon-standoff/2016/03/oregon_standoff_fbi_agents_und.html

"BEND — An FBI agent is suspected of lying about firing twice at Robert 'LaVoy' Finicium and may have gotten help from four other FBI agents in covering up afterward, authorities revealed Tuesday.

The bullets didn't hit Finicum and didn't contribute to his death, but now all five unnamed agents, part of an elite national unit, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Inspector General Michael Horowitz is leading the independent inquiry.

The remarkable disclosure came as a team of local investigators released findings that two state troopers shot Finicium three times in the back during the chaotic scene at a police roadblock Jan. 26. One bullet pierced his heart, an autopsy showed.

A prosecutor ruled the fatal shooting was legally justified, saying state law allows use of deadly force when officers believe a person is about to seriously injure or kill someone. Finicum kept moving his hands toward a pocket that contained a loaded handgun. Although he was shot from behind, Finicum had a trooper in front of him armed with a Taser who was thought to be in danger.

Finicum, 54, an Arizona rancher, was one of the leaders of the Jan. 2 takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns.

Investigators gave no details to explain why the one FBI agent, a member of the Hostage Rescue Team, wouldn't report the two shots. They also didn't indicate what his four colleagues on the team did to warrant investigation other than saying it was related to conduct after the shooting.

'The question of who fired these shots has not been resolved,' said Greg Bretzing, special agent in charge of the FBI in Portland. The federal agency is cooperating with the inspector general's investigation, he said at a news conference.

The revelation is certain to inflame suspicions about Finicum's death and shake confidence in the FBI, which came under intense fire for botched handling of violent sieges at Ruby Ridge in Idaho and Waco, Texas.

Some supporters have claimed Finicum was shot while surrendering, that he was unarmed and that he was shot nine times. The sheriff in neighboring Grant County, Glenn Palmer, described the police operation as an 'ambush.' "
