Uhhh huhhhh. . . . sounds like it would work as well as all those signs and laws and rules and regulations designating "Gun Free Zones". In other words, not well at all.
Since this type of law prohibits "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" in a public space, it appears to violate one of the rights enumerated in the U.S. Constitution. But, when has that ever stopped any government body?
