Charleston, WV - Thursday, March 12th, 2015 - Today Constitutional Carry (SB347) passed the House of Delegates by a vote of 71 - 29. This historic vote is an enormous leap forward for Second Amendment rights in West Virginia. The stage is set for West Virginia to become the latest state to formally adopt the motto: "the Constitution is my carry permit."After a procedural vote by the Senate, the bill will head to the Governor Tomblin. The governor must not veto this bill. Please call Governor Tomblin's office at 304.558.2000 and urge him to sign this giant leap forward in the liberty and personal safety of not just West Virginians, but all who travel to West Virginia. Contact all your friends and associates, and ask them to do the same. It's not much in terms of effort, just dial the number and politely tell whoever answers: "Please ask the governor to sign SB347."
