This guy makes so many errors "correcting history" it would be laughable were the mounds of bodies not so high.

All of his writings argue against any kind of regulation of firearms. His argument that the Jews, who couldn’t buy guns, were defenseless because of that is faulty. The roundup of Jews who were sent to concentration camps was committed by the Waffen SS, the toughest arm of a tough army.

He doesn't get it! Just because you may not win doesn't mean you ain't gonna fight. I'm of the camp of folks who would rather die on my feet than on my knees; he's obviously of the camp that says "all is lost, let's walk quietly into the gas chamber and get it over with".

Typical MARXIST PIG....if history doesn't quite fit your agenda or narrative, simply re-write history.

Hey asshole, history is written by the victors....and by my count you ain't won anything yet!

This guy does not know what he is talking about. Read Leon Uris, "Mila 18" This book chronicles the Warsaw Ghetto uprising against the Nazi Waffen SS in WW11. It took a huge effort by the Nazis to suppress this uprising, it got so bad for them that they were afraid to enter the ghetto and resorted to carpet bombing and artillery barrages. The Jews literally slaughtered every SS man that dared to enter. They persevered for quite some time against the SS just by taking the guns and ammunitation off of the dead ss.

Einsatz Gruppen were the opposite end of the German military-paramilitary spectrum from the Waffen SS..That author didn't seem to fully appreciate who did what to whom.

If the guy is going to critique historical errors, he should probably check his own, too. It generally wasn't the Waffen-SS doing the rounding up. Some Waffen-SS units definitely participated, but on the whole, they were more combat troops. The roundups were done by police units, Allgemeine-SS/Totenkopfstandarten, local auxiliaries, and sometimes Wehrmacht units seconded to that purpose.

Typical revisionist view of history. The 'tanks and planes' mantra is the same lame argument the left uses to attempt to marginalize those who would resist tyranny at any level.

Nothing on this earth is more dangerous than a man with nothing left to lose except the will and means to fight.

Put that in the pipe and smoke it a while.

Tanks and planes, huh? Those pilots and tank crews have to get out of their machines at some time, if just to have a pit stop. Then, their fundaments can be yours.

The FACTS are that the Nazis did target Jews by name in their "gun control laws" (even the hacks over at Salon had to admit to this),abusing an incident of an attempted assassination abroad of a Nazi diplomat by a Jewish man as justification for laws directly and by name targeted Jews for disarmament.
The FACTS further show that when Jews found out what exactly the Nazis did have in store for them at the death camps, even if they were previously disarmed and then herded into ghettos, they FOUGHT BACK,with whatever weapons they could get their hands on,as the very well known "Battle of Warsaw", as well as the resistance of many Jewish partisan groups PROVES. And yes- Even against the Waffen SS.

Can any of these political hacks and outright historical charlatans actually make the argument that had the Jews who were later murdered in those camps KNOWN exactly what the Nazis had in store for them, they would have willingly surrendered their weapons to the Nazis prior?

Subsequently and to demonstrate an EXACT parallel to where "well meaning" (the road to hell being paved in such) laws including registration, has lead to confiscation, when the Nazis amended Wiemar weapons laws in 1938 to include the prohibition of Jews -by name- from owning so much as a club or knife for self defense, let alone firearms, the Nazi's had registry roles going back about 10 years so they knew -exactly- which Jews had arms, due to the Wiemar laws of 1928 establishing a registry.

Of course, the Nazis had no problem arming Germans they considered their "Volk",and specifically Nazi party members didn't have any restrictions placed on any type of firearm they wished to own- and this is precisely the point of being against any such laws at all- the "gun control laws" of Nazi Germany were used to arm one group to the detriment of another, and showcases the EXACT threat to innocent human lives that "gun control" poses- a "monopoly on the use of force" of one group over the other.

Naming targeted groups -directly- in such laws -so called "prohibited possessors" laws- occurs so often in history before mass murder and genocide it can be said to have an almost "cause and effect" relationship.
The combination of "gun control" disarming a targeted-for-annihilation populace occurs so often in recent history, that "gun control" cannot be denied to have a symbiotic relationship with those who perpetrate genocide from positions of lawmaking governmental authority.

Personally, I'd venture to say anyone with a knowledge of the realities of such would rather deal with the occasional travesty posed by the open and unburdened ownership of private arms, unlimited by "gun control", then witness -or worse yet,suffer- what "gun control" has aided and abetted in the form of mass murder and genocide.

Seems to forget this very nation was founded by ordinary irregulars taking up arms against their "legitimate" government.
