Fighting the evil bureacracy of the BLM. "Never ask for an easy life. Just ask for the strength to get through it." -- Wayne Hage, Jr.

If you do nothing else today, please watch this 14 minute video.
This was forwarded to me by a faithful reader who commented: "Having Sikorsky UH-6O Blackhawk helicopters land outside your house, randomly and without warning, air-assault style, can start to work on your nerves after a while. It made Wayne Hage's wife dead."
Here is the pdf of the Judge's decision in favor of the Hages, including the findings that "shocked the conscience of the court." The Feds are still refusing to admit defeat and the war against the Hages continues.

Looking for redress of grievance against documented tyranny, dragged out for decades by the court system, is no longer a valid option. Waiting for congress to act and give some relief from regulatory overreach, is also a failed policy. Armed confrontation, is the only avenue left for oppressed people. If a rancher, or anyone else, truly believes in the righteousness of their cause, they must be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for that cause. But, don't exit without taking some sons-of-bitches with you.

OK, I think I have this figured out now. The feds 'claim' that they 'own' any land they want, but do nothing to prevent cows from wandering onto that land and somehow that is the fault of the cows and their owners. IF them feds really wanted to retain control of 'their' land but do nothing to 1) show legal ownership - like say a property deed and maybe a fence, 2) then have the audacity to file criminal charges when they claim to be the aggrieved party. Yep, makes perfect sense to me (not). No wonder the 50+ other ranchers near Bunkerville gave up.
BTW, cows can't read so even if the land was posted it is very likely they would still go where the forage is - iow it there is no fence there is no expectation of 'property' rights, at least under common law.............

This is a pest control problem.

Exactly who will hold the BLM and government accountable?
Shocks the conscience doesn't it!

This clip was not easy to watch, as these A-Holes, time after time after time, made this rancher's life a living hell. So what to do? Who do you fight? Well, to begin with, the BLM is just another piece of alphabet soup. In fact, it is harmless without the actions of those within it. That's where the fight must go---right to the private life of those creating the hell for this nation's good people.
The Good Book says "It is better to give than receive."
I believe that, and in this case I also believe this rancher has received much more than his share of hell---thus it is past time for these BLM thugs to receive some hell where they live.
It will happen.

If I knew some of the names of the BLM GOONS, I would use zabasearch.com to locate their home address. If they have an accessible sewer clean-out plug then it would be time for some dry ready-mix concrete powder to be dumped down the clean-out. The GOV GOON provides the water when flushing and before long, "Constipation Happens". This little trick has worked every time I have done it.

This video was great. OTOH, it's sad to watch and realize just how screwed this poor rancher and his family have been....on the other, it's a triumph of spirit that he'd still do it all over again. His quote speaks volumes about his character. I wish this country had more like him.

Anon1103, have you heard of Durham's Rock Hard Water Putty?

It's actually a hydraulic cement; if EXPANDS as it sets.

I'm just sayin'...

COWBOY DAN, I have used the Durhams Water Putty in the past (for what it was designed for). The dry "Ready Mix" bags of Sackrete (or whatever is available) works great because it a dry powder with lots of small rocks mixed in with it. I cut the top off a couple of empty 2 Liter Mountain Dew bottles making a 3 inch opening. The green bottle helps to hide whats inside. I double or triple bag both bottles in the plastic grocery bags. In the past I have pre-loosened the pvc cap on the clean-out plug so the delivery goes fast. My quickest delivery was in under 10 seconds as I stopped to tie a shoelace, plop-plop and replace the cleanout cap. The target supplies the water and since it was two bottles that were delivered, there is enough powder from the second bottle to replace any that might get washed away before it all sets up. At this time I have a few new targets picked out that are going to be memorable since the target is an ARROGANT Fed who is in for a surprise.
Too many Arrogant Feds, so little time to get them all.

Look at it from the point of the BLM bureaucrats. Where is the disincentive for this kind of behavior? There is none. It's not their own money they are risking. It's probably even fun for them.

This will continue until they feel some real disincentive. Court action ain't it, sorry. That is a waste of time.
