More "Justice for Trayvon"

Police: Soldier fatally stabbed; may be hate crime

MamaLiberty said...: Just don't understand this "hate crime" thing at all. First, can't imagine any violent attack instigated by love of the attacker for the victim. All violent crimes are due to hate for something or someone.

And then, why is it only certain groups or types of people deemed worthy of this "hate crime" designation?

"Based on information developed during the investigation, Lt. Chris Lawler of the Lakewood police said it does not appear the stabbing was a hate crime. Everyone involved - the victim and suspects - are soldiers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, he said."

Not a "hate crime" because it is black soldier on white soldier? If white soldiers stabbed a black soldier, would it then be a "hate crime" for Lt. Lawler?; October 7, 2013 at 10:38 PM
