Just one of the problems with this is the fact that most local, state and feds do not know of the first and fourteenth amendments, or Watts v. U.S. Watts protects rude and crude language even against POTUS. The SS and FBI are perhaps the worse offenders. The FBI proved their lack of knowledge in the attempted persecution of the Hutaree in Michigan and Ohio. The SS displays their ignorance with house visits on those who even mildly criticize Obama. In fairness, I feel the SS's visits are orchestrated for the purpose of intimidation, rather than clarifying if there is a real threat.

I cannot understand the current fascination with social media. Why share with the world your innermost private thoughts with what in effect are data collection and advertising companies? Narcissism? This garbage follows people forever and can return any time to haunt posters. I guess kids need classes or parental advice on internet privacy. Law enforcement is supposedly constrained by various laws. These companies are not, and readily cooperate on "fishing expeditions".
