"Who hired the Law Enforcement Snipers at Keene Pumpkin Fest 2013?"

There might be a bomb in that punkin.

Darn, I missed my chance to sneak up behind those 2 clowns and give them a shove over the edge. I wonder if they would have sounded like pumpkins hitting concrete when they hit the sidewalk below. Oh well, there is always next year.

No uniforms -> must be terrorists!

Neutralize ... then investigate.

A "sniper" in a red jacket? Oh my! My, my, my! The Barney Fife Protective Security Company?

Since they were not in any type of uniform, it is difficult to determine who they are. Non-uniformed police are identified by a badge, not a knit cap that says "POLICE" that is easily purchased by non-police. If you saw one of these individuals on a roof with a rifle, would you not be justified in acting against them?

It's only a matter of time before some hobby-minded patriot tucks his affordable Quadcopter drone (with Go-Pro HD video camera) into a nice stable hover... about 25 feet away from these roof-top posted, Perpetually-Pension-Pursuing-Praetorians, and films the utter heck out of them.

The resulting (and hilarious) Youtube video footage will no doubt be both morale building and priceless.

Hint dropped.

Maybe they were told that it was supposed to be a turkey shoot...

Probably Keene was afraid that a bunch of Vermonters were coming across the river to make off with their largest orange gourds.
