The results of 2000 years of inflation. 30 pieces of silver now worth $80 million. Boycott the bastards.

"Remington Arms Says It Will Stay in New York. The Firearms Manufacturer Will Also Be Given $80 Million Dollars by the Pentagon over the Next 10 Years."

Remington is owned by Soros.

I guess that contract was worth more than the future purchases of over 80 million gun owners. May Remington have fun making the Army's mouse guns, there will be no more of its products in my safe.

The big manufacturers have always sought out the government teat (big $$ contracts), Remington & Colt just being a couple of examples. No surprise there.

But what we really need is a profusion of newer manufacturers of arms and ammunition, and ammo components... preferably in gun-friendly states, and with a strong manufacturing ethic. States like Indiana would work well. There are others. But we need more manufacturing of essential resistance materials!

Remington joins Smith & Wesson in the Hall of Shame.

No more purchases from Remington for me, including their ammunition. Period.

Guess I won't be buying Remington products for a while. I guess they will be content supplying governments only.

I sit on my gun range board and will ask that no Remington ammunition be allowed . Plus anyone wanting to sight in a Remington firearm will have to pay double the fee ($10) . Plus no Remington hats tees shirts allowed ( except for target practice) . I will be pushing for a "Remington free zone". I will not deal with Vichy Collaborators.

Remington is a four letter word denoting treason. They will be content with the government tit. F**k them.

With our tax money no less.

I stopped buying Ruger firearms and accessories for twenty years after Bill helped sabotage us with the magazine and assault weapons ban in the '90s. Screw Remington, don't buy their: Ammo, firearms, accessories, anything and teach them a lesson. When they oblige our oppressors then they can starve.

I sent Remington this email:

Your recent announcement to remain in New York AND accept a federal government contract is disappointing, and shows a blatant disregard for your larger customer base – the American citizen. I understand that Remington is a corporation, and the primary aim of a corporation is to make money, but doing so as you deal with traitors to the Constitution, and the more specifically, infringers of the 2nd Amendment, is beyond acceptability.

I was on the verge of purchasing an 870 tactical shotgun, but decided to wait to see what the company would do in response to the New York SAFE act. Imaging my dismay to see that not only are your staying in New York, but you’re also providing the federal government with sniper rifles.

Perhaps you weren’t paying attention when Smith & Wesson took a big hit as a result of the boycott placed on them by the gun-buying public. Perhaps you’ll pay attention now.

By the way, I purchased a Berelli instead of a Remington.

25 years ago, I realized that Savage makes a better rifle out of the box. About the same time, I discovered that the Mossy 590 holds more rounds than a Rem 870.

So I never bought a Remington.

Lucky, huh?

I say not only boycot Remington but also any business that sells any of their products.

This doesn't make any business sense at all. $80 million is nothing to a company this size.

Think about it: If 10% of gun owners bought a Remington 870 or 700 in the next 10 years, that's at LEAST 5.5 billion bucks. I don't know what they are thinking ...

It's not just the manufacturers. It's gun owners too. If they would "vote with their feet" they could leave states like New York to the criminals and people would finally understand the outcome of gun control. AND in moving to more gun-friendly states they would reinforce the pro-gun crowds there (so we wouldn't be losing states like Colorado). Time to move folks! See freestatewyoming.org (and particularly the forum). If you can't even move, how can we count on you during a revolution?
