Boston.

I've been waiting for someone to claim responsibility for this evil madness. Various jihadi groups have disclaimed it, and the use of what appeared to be smallish, simple devices of ball bearings and what from the plume seemed to be a gunpowder burster is not their style, although the target certainly was -- a gathering of innocents making a suitable body count.
The date, too, was not one that AQ seems likely to have chosen. Everything, of course, is speculation. Not that it hasn't already been used to justify more federal power, including, bizarrely, a new permanent ATF director.
So, was it some dysfunctional lunatic who couldn't get a date? Most terrorists are. False flag? Given the present administration anything is possible, and it wouldn't be the first time a regime has needed to change the narrative and bend popular opinion to its will. We will have to wait and see. In the meantime pray for the victims and their families. And keep your own powder dry.

Even if this atrocity was perpetrated by Muslims they will be depicted as "right-wing extremists." What official has ever acknowledged that Maj. Nidal Hassan is a Muslim terrorist? Welcome to the New Progressive World, in which things are called by names which advance the agenda rather than according to their true nature. If powder was used, we can expect proposals for new restrictions on its purchase. Or they might just propose those restrictions anyway, regardless of the type of explosive in the "infernal machine."

I thought it might have been one of those things where the FBI provided someone with bad explosives, just to be able to arrest him. Pretty poor excuse for bombs, and they did have someone in custody right away.

Sound familiar?

We'll know for sure that it was a false-flag event if the "perp" was a white, "right-wing extremist" using Tannerite or something similar. Ammonium Nitrate explosions have a white cloud like those in the vids. It looked like quite a shock wave to be coming from BP.
All in my amateur opinion, of course.

Expressing my condolences to the families of the victims notwithstanding, my thoughts exactly. From what I saw, the scale of the explosions looked fairly small in relationship to similar events in the mideast, which leads me to believe this is a small local extremist group, if not singular. Even the news had an article this morning about an “expert” who thinks it was perpetrated by “right wing” extremists..whatever that means. I mean, left/right… what difference does it make which direction the political lean is, when the extremes opt for the same expression of their views which end up killing people? No matter what, this event IS a “terror” inducing political statement.
But seeing as no faction(that I know of yet)has claimed responsibility which would give a clue to their aims, it leaves the door wide open for a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory field day and capitalism at it’s finest, if not fastest. I see someone already is capitalizing within 24hr with T-shirts. Disgusting but not surprising.

Israeli independence declaration. Something media fails to mention. Hmmmmm.

Berry WON'T say terrorism.
More media disinformation than information.

Gun control legislation failing badly making fools out of old guard- especially republicans. Immigration amnesty doing the same. Lots if national guard and dogs on" training" missions there. And Sheriff Joe targeted recently with a like attack.

I'm thinking a Hamas or Hezballah combination alongside Mexican cartel(s).

Could it be a line nut? Usually those are egged on by fibbies to demonstrate what a good job stopping attacks they are doing. Every train wreck is deemed "accident" so they've resorted to these kind of bombings. More are afoot no doubt- no matter who this is pinned on

Of interest is that nobody EVER said radiation was tested for and none found. I watched hours and hours on multiple channels and never saw it discussed- yet the net conversation brought it up many times. A "navy" team was brought in. A"nest" team possibly?

The news conferences are full of it. Cover up everything at all costs. No pictures? No proof. They now want all people's footage so they can finish their lie without some pesky civilian having some evidence proving yet another lie.

I don't think false flag. I think is mostly to demonstrate that Barry is WEAK. This is international terrorism aimed at showing paper tiger status. I could be wrong but I trust my gut. This ain't a lone nut - it's just another in a long line of war against the free people of this Nation - no matter who did it.

False flag, if I read it right.

Initial reports surfaced that a drill was going on during the marathon. How many time have we seen this same scenario during a tragedy? Not just here, but in London too. That one item, a drill, makes me smell a rat. I may be proven wrong when the censored facts come in, but this stinks and was coordinated by one neo-nazi agency or another. Given the horrific number of casualties and description of the wounds, the perps are a collectively sick, immoral, group.

@Anonymous:

"Gun grabber Feinstein said it could be foreign terrorist, ot home-grown terrorists."

Gotta hand it to ol' DiFi - she successfully narrowed the list of potential suspects to "Anyone."

The only question now is do the police go with the Norman Stansfield approach (Bring me everyone!) or the Louis Reynault approach (Round up the usual suspects!)

My opinion is definitely "False Flag". They had a muslim suspect ready to go and then be released 24 hours later to give Obama/Holder the air of impartiality in pretending to not rule out any suspects during the investigation.

The attack was conducted on "Patriots Day" a state holiday here in Massachusetts, that celebrates the start of hostilities during the American Revolution, when the British marched to Lexington and Concord in order to confiscate the powder and firearms. So that right there gives you the built in excuse in theory, for a "Disgruntled Second Amendment Rights" advocate or group, to be made the boogeyman in all this, in order to demonize gun owners and so Obama/Holder all too conveniently have a pretext to Ban firearms.

Right now the lamestream is helping Obama by following the administration talking points, by appearing earnest and impartial while at the same time helping to build hatred of whatever person/group is eventually blamed for this ( And we all know who that eventually will be, look in the mirror ) by spouting anonymous L/E source lies that, "Ballbearings and nails" were used in the bomb. There has not been one single Doctor who has treated any of the victim, that has put his name or face to the reports that Ball bearings or nails were used. Keep that in mind. That is being used to really demonize the eventually accused.

Obama/Holder are 100% behind this just as they were behind "Fast and Furious".
