Sensing weakness, the gun grabbers go after another Daed Elephant Party senator.

Gun control groups put pressure on Portman
Why are these gun control advocates seeking support from staunchly Republican gun owner who has an A rating from the National Rifle Association?
For starters, in the aftermath of the December shooting at a Connecticut elementary school that left 20 children dead, Portman said he was open to considering new gun restrictions — among other steps — to address gun violence.
In a December conference call with Ohio reporters, Portman said Congress should look at everything from society’s “glorification” of violence to mental health policies to banning certain types of assault weapons.

Sent two e-mail to his office days ago, no replies.

Sherrod Brown on the other hand has sent at least one every day. Didn't bother to read them because he's a known quantity and there is zero chance to change his vote, or his mind.

I know, I know. I'm just going through the motions doing my part to try and avoid a war. I know it's futile but I had anyway.

Can I get a show of hands as to who is sick and tired of hearing the word "bipartisan"?

"Bipartisan"
Translation: mutually agreed upon failure.

His son will probably come out against gun rights and he'll change his mind.
