If your a good machinist with the right equipment. Why won't the "easily" converted lie not die?

They also fail to mention that ATF refuses to let any "easily converted" firearms be offered for sale in the USA. By the time one has the equipment and experience to convert what is available, one has what is needed to make a full auto weapon from scratch.; August 1, 2011 at 2:31 PM
