Abso-FRAKKING-lutely spot on. Sad but true. And my daughter cannot understand where the problem lies. "Well, if it makes it safer to fly . . .", she says. Fortunately my son-in-law more-or-less does after I described the scanners and the "pat down" and asked him to imagine himself watching some TSA moke doing that to my daughter while he was forced to stand there impotently and watch. His face got REAL dark for a moment.

Guess I won't be doing any flying any time soon. Pity. I was gonna use some of my IRA I get access to February next to send us on a vacation to Ireland next year. Guess that's out the window.
