Well, this ought to make their system even more subject to abuse. "ATF CIO Pushes for a More Mobile Government."

The CIO of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives outlines efforts within the government to mobilize the workforce, noting the benefit of increased productivity and collaboration as well as progress made addressing the security challenges.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. The Founders' Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
