David Codrea: Gannett requested to investigate ethics of anti-gun personnel

A request to investigate violations is being filed this morning with the Chief Ethics Officer of Gannet, the media giant that owns The Journal News, which published gun permit holders' names and addresses, and the Des Moines Register, which published Donald Kaul's call for gun owners to be killed.

What a joke. You are the most lying, dishonest lot in the history of humankind. Nobody 'called for gun owners to be killed.' He called for legislation to be passed, and for police action to subsequently be taken against those criminals who refuse to obey the law. Sounds like Mike Vanderboegh and David Codrea are friends of criminals, if not criminals themselves.

A largely unmentioned "unintended ? " consequence of the Journal -Times action is criminal elements are afforded a map of those residences/residents whose sancity /safety are not secured by arms. One would think all of these households depicted on the J-T map would be "up in arms" (so to speak) over their enhanced exposure to criminal activity. >Jeff
