Dear Senator Feinstein and other Marxist Senatorial Rabble,
Just a short misive to let you know how happy I am to see that you meant what you said about commiting treason and violating my Devine Right to self defense.
Should your bill become law, you will have made me a happy criminal; for I will not register my weapons, nor be photographed or fingerprinted to claim my Devine Right.
Since you make me a happy criminal, I may as well convert my weapons to full-auto capability and join with the 3.5 million like-minded happy Patriots (the 3%) who will do their best to end your treasonous regime and return us to a happier time when the words of the Constitution meant something.
So dear Senator, I suggest you give serious thought to the unintended consequences of your actions and make sure your bug-out place is well stocked. You wouldn’t want to run out of good wine and toilet paper while the 2nd War for Independence is in progress.
It may take a while.

This is theater. If they continually criminalize honest people for absolutely no good reason then they'll end up getting plenty more criminality than they want.

They'll never find all of 'em either; I hope they sleep well.

Here's an idea for a little theater of your own, purely for your own personal entertainment. Go to your local range and place a playing card on the target stand. Shoot the card with your typical hunting, sniper, regime-change, what-ever-they-call-it-today, rifle from a cold-bore barrel at various distances. Remember your dope by writing it down on the card and save it for future reference. Take your sons and daughters to the range with you and teach them these same skills too.

"Shall not be infringed"....
By submitting her plan, she is in violation of her oath of office to "support & defend" the Constitution and is therfore quilty of sedition, if not treason. Is there ANY AMERICAN Statesmen who will have her arrested & tried (and hopefully convicted and punished with the traditional traitors sentence) ?

Well, dumb bitch left Mini's off the list. Saving that for the second round when she wants to grab everything else?

Wondering if they've seriously considered that members of certain active and retired military and leo groups might not take this too kindly?

It seems she is still stuck on stupid!
What I propose is that we ban her and her ilk from ever participating in politics, aside from voting, and cleanse the books of all such stupid nonsense laws.

Oh and just to keep the record straight I totally support the
Constitution of the US and all the rights guaranteed there in. I also will not give up one damned inch.

Is Salem, Mass about to repeal its witch burning prohibition?

If not - guess that will need to be done 'illegally' too!

Here's a summary I'm looking through that lists the evil features. Forward pistol grip (or magpul angled foregrip) is a new member of the list along with "rocket launcher"--WTF

Once she formally introduces the bill this afternoon, she says she'll post the text on her website, so we won't have to wait for THOMAS to process it and the several hundred other bills introduced today.

I see former Gov. Manchin, of West Virginia, is negotiating with the NRA about universal background checks. That sell-out didn't take long. Behind closed doors, I'll bet there are scores of secret negotiations going on. These two faced scum buckets are going to sell us right into a civil war. They probably already have their staffs working on flowery speeches, to explain the necessity of the sell out, to the unwashed masses. If Feinstein gets her way, there will be hell on earth.

Another update--while they got rid of the flash suppressor from the evil features test, they still include threaded barrels.

Another feature is a detachable stock. Waiting for the text to see how that's interpreted, but I'm guessing that anything they don't give an exemption for that doesn't have a complete montecarlo stock, e.g. Remington 870, could fall under this. The 870 will probably be on the exempted list, but who knows what havoc can be wrecked with this "detachable" provision.

Looks like they ditched the NFA registration. I'm guessing that the ATF goon they brought in talked them out of it, so they're just going with universal background checks on transfers of the "assault weapons."

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that this change increases the chance of the republicans going wobbly on this one.

Grandfathered guns will still be transferable under this POS but magazines wouldn't be.

The more radical the proposal, the better. This will help kill the fiction that this is all about just a few reasonable restrictions and not an all out assault on the Second Amendment.

I note that her list doesn't include any flavor of M1A.

Does it get caught by features?

"Dry up the supply", eh? Like how they dried up the supply in Jolly Olde England?

Senator Feinstein, you forgot to include a length of ROPE. I think you will just love learning how to DANCE on the end of that rope. That is reserved for traitors like you.

Did the "War on Drugs" dry up the supply? Did the "War on illegal aliens" dry up the supply? No...

I never thought that the Law of Unintended Consequences would be so painfully obvious, but..

If they wish a fight, they'll get one.

I pity the poor, stupid dumb asses...

Me and mine know what's right, and we may very well have to die to defend that. So be it.

The Minis are on it.

The legislation bans the sale, transfer, manufacturing and importation of:

*All semiautomatic rifles and handguns that have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.

*All ammunition feeding devices (magazines, strips, and drums) capable of accepting more than 10 rounds.

*157 specifically-named firearms (listed at the end of this document).

...ad nauseum...

They're looking to start a war soon as people don't turn them in.

The hell with Feinswine. I'm sorry I missed her with that egg back in 86 at her rally in Dago.

OK, I'm outside the box here, but that's not a new experience for me.

Let's postulate that all semi-autos and detachable mag rifles are verboten. What's the workaround?

We've all seen guys firing the SMLE in "mad minute" demos.

The SMLE is a 19th century rifle designed with that usage in mind. Wonder what we could do today, given that a new rifle could use a much smaller cartridge, allowing a shorter bolt travel? I'm thinking straight-pull design evolved from the AR style rotating head bolt. Or a scaled-down Schmidt-Rubin. 7.62x39 cartridge, or even the 5.56x45.

OK, you CAD jockeys, that's your mission, should you decide to accept it. (This post will self-destruct in 15 seconds. . . . .)

(While I wait, I'm stocking up on strippers. Gonna be a run on 'em.)

Oh!! comeon guys this is some bullshit, There is NO WAY this gets out of the senate. It won't even get to the floor in the house. So ask yourself this, While you watch this, what are they doing that they didn't want you to see?

Anonymous said...

I'm inclined to agree with anon 4:36 am. Could Fonebone's new bill be a red herring? What is it that they DON'T want us to see?

This almost smells like the old: "Watch my right, watch my right, whollop him with my left while he's looking at my right".

Along the lines of what you were saying, Behold the PAR-1
http://www.hipointfirearmsforums.com/forum/f277/pump-action-ak-279349/

An odd bird created in California to prove that there's always a work around to any ridiculous law.

I had no idea these existed until I saw one in a gun shop in TN. I'm guessing an immigrant from California traded up after moving to our more free state.

A person prescient enough to have spare bolt carriers and gas tubes could probably restore these to full function.

Hey Anon@1:35am on Jan 25....

Why not simply refuse to submit to ANY new gun laws instead?
