David Codrea: Wounded Warrior Project faces fallout after snubbing ‘Gun Talk’

In a development that shocked veteran talk show host Tom Gresham of the nationally-syndicated Gun Talk Radio program, the Wounded Warrior Project “declined an interview request on Gun Talk Radio because it's a firearms-related show,” the program reported yesterday on its Facebook page.

David Forward said...: Some of my vet friends and I have held many a shoot, even raffled off guns and accessories to raise money for the WWP -- they always accepted the donations without question.

We've already notified them we will no longer be providing donations. There are many other viable vet assistance organizations which will appreciate increased funds from our "neanderthal" use of guns.

Anonymous said...: I felt bad because I wasn't able to donate to anybody. Now I'm glad I didn't have the money to waste upon people who to say the least, are insulting to both the wounded and dead but also the to the people of this country and the reasons for those sacrifices.
