David Codrea: Public interest law firm files brief on Holder case as GOP ‘negotiates'

Whether this filing will have an impact on the case is uncertain amidst reports that the Republicans and Justice are in negotiations to settle the suit.

The only difference between big government statist Democrats and big government statist Republicans is the spelling of their "proper" names. Neither one really wants to rock the boat and jeopardize their shot at the brass ring or living as royalty. While they rail at one another to keep the mundanes stirred up and hopeful of any meaningful reform or justice, they work hard to coordinate their activities to ensure longevity in holding onto their own piece of the throne and corresponding power.; November 27, 2012 at 6:24 PM

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible.
