The fight over the Gunwalker Scandal continues. O'Reilly has thirty days to cooperate, or else he gets a subpoena.

Republicans threaten to subpoena WH official

If it were you or I, would we be given 30 days to respond? Hell no! Would I be able to say: "I'll be down when all the crops are in, or after I'm done picking lint out of my belly button"? This old shit of two systems of justice needs to stop. One size fits all. We've all been witnessing it for years, yet nothing changes. Too damn many sheep who will not take a stand against being walked on.

Long overdue. O'Reilly should have been deposed in Iraq by a professional "investigator" familiar with information extraction techniques. Perhaps one of the former regimes interrogators could offer some expertise.

30 days? What's that about. Like has been stated, anyone beside a government appointee bureaucrat would have had about 3.0 seconds to put their hands behind their back for cuffing and stuffing before the ride downtown.

Maybe O'Reilly will perjur himself like Holder and end up on the same cell block.

Kurt Hoffman gets it.

The Republicrats {Threaten) a subpoena... ? Yea...right! They couldn't find their as..s with both hands. Threaten...? Threaten? Come on...if anyone believes that headline is a fool. These meat puppets have been looking the other way every step of the way. Is Gunwalker/F&F a big deal? You bet it is. They fried Nixon and Agnew on lesser allegations. But the main stream press won't touch it. The only thing that will change this is you and me and whatever caliber you choose to use.

Oh, no! Not a subpeona! We shall ignore it too! Silly Republicans.

Check out Daily Caller. Univission is doing a special on Fast and Furious. The say a large group of teenagers killed at a birthday party in Juarez in 2010 were killed with F & F guns. It was terrible!

Last I heard, O'Reilly was overseas somewhere. Is he still abroad? And even if he IS here stateside, how are they going to enFORCE a subpoena on him? What are they going to do? Vote O'Reilly in contempt of Congress? WOW! Like THAT'S a credible threat! Worked so very well on Holder if memory serves. And since the main portion of the voting public will hear about it - assuming Issa and co. decide to push it before the election ... OH WAIT! Didn't congress recess until after the election?

Mike, please tell me you aren't getting your hopes up about getting answers outta O'Reilly.

"Ain't nothin' wrong with the government that a few well placed rifle rounds couldn't fix."

If I'Reilly is in Iraq, how will the subpoena be served?

Well, either they think Romney will win, so they can take their time and get criminal charges under him, or, as I'm afraid, they're just stalling dragging it out so that it languishes and dies during an Obama second term.

It's shocking how many people don't know anything about this yet, and if they're not going to get anywhere near the bottom of it before the election, there's little hope of the public in general learning about this.

ummm,...I don't think the upper tier gives a fuck what you think. This "shit" is full blown DOJ operational status quo now.

Let me give you a taste of how perverse the real fucking deal is.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/sep/28/iraq-us-constitution-and-civil-liberties

At the same time this poor schmuck was trying to help his family, over 30..Washington DC political Elite, were being PAID by a US State Department "listed terrorist group" known as MEK..upwards of $25k each..for giving speeches advocating the removal of this group from the "list". Now, what part of "providing material support" doesn't cover these fucking assholes, hmmmm? Did THEY get prosecuted? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!! Guess what?
When various journalist's started making State Department head Ms fatass Clinton squirm in her comfy armchair..guess what she did? Yo wanna see just how deep this perverted Two Tiered Justice system cesspool really is?

Behold...
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The State Department on Friday formally removed the Iranian dissident group Mujahadin-e Khalq (MEK) from its official list of terrorist organizations, but underscored that it still has "serious concerns" about the group.

http://www.nytimes.com/reuters/2012/09/28/world/middleeast/28reuters-iraq-iran-mek.html?hp&_r=0
Hahahahahahaa..the only fucking concern ole fatass had, was facing the uncomfortable truth that these people were now liable, under the Patriot Act, and she was the only one that could save their despicable ass. And get this..if you really wanna know the truth.. not only did she remove them from the "terrorist list"..the whole damn time MEK were ON the list.. the fuckin US Gov was fucking TRAINING THEM!!! Moreover..guess who killed the Iranian Nuclear scientist.hmmmmmm? You got it..via Isreali using MEK..PROVIDED BY..YUP..COMPLEMENTS OF THE CIA..TRAINING THEM on US soil ..FOR fucking YEARS!!!...
http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/sep/23/iran-usa

.HAHAHAAHAAHAHAHA..talk about a fucked up government. Ungoddamnedbelievable.

So, think about this.. the cesspool of the Two Tiered "IN"-Justice system is bottomless. Ain't gonna change until a full blown revolt happens. And we both know what's goin on in regards to that...aka..one F&F debacle.

Not interested in resolving this before the election, are they?

Why not "you've stalled for a year, so here's your subpoena"?

Subpoena. Whoopidy-doo. We saw how well that worked with Holder. If a Contempt of Congress charge won't budge these people, what makes them think yet another subpoena will amount to anything?

as a poster on the Univision story running tonite (sunday 9/30) stated:
wonder how long before O'Reilly pulls a "Vince Foster". , And he is in a location (Irag) where it could be covered easily - wouldn't need to re-use D'Arcy Park

Agree with SWIFT - what needs to be done is to immediately issue the subpoena, have it served on him as soon as an arrest team can travel to wherever it is he is currently 'hiding', clap him in irons and forthwith transport his sorry butt directly to either Issa or Grassley (preferably both).

Different standards of 'justice' for them and us little people is WRONG.

"Or else he gets a subpoena.". Ooh, I'm sure he's scared of that.

If he doesn't talk and they do subpoena him, do you think he'll be any more forthcoming that the others have been?

He's got a free pass from the WH or he wouldn't be where he is now. They're laughing at us, they all are.

At least with the failure of our government to grow some cojones and get to the bottom of this scandal we have the superb efforts of Univision in getting the truth out.

The Republican's "resolve" in getting to the truth seems to be more of a Monkey Dance allowing other politicians to cover their ass while putting up a facade to appease their base. They don't want to draw too much blood as they want the same consideration the next time one of their own gets their dick caught in the zipper.
