"The enemy of the American people." Nuremberg Rules for American "journalists."

Der Sturmer, the Nazi, anti-Semitic rag published by Julius Streicher.
The fundamental danger is this: I talked about the defense of the First Amendment. The press’s job is to stand in the ramparts and protect the liberty and freedom of all of us from a government and from organized governmental power. When they desert those ramparts and decide that they will now become active participants, that their job is not simply to tell you who you may vote for, and who you may not, but, worse—and this is the danger of the last two weeks—what truth that you may know, as an American, and what truth you are not allowed to know, they have, then, made themselves a fundamental threat to the democracy, and, in my opinion, made themselves the enemy of the American people. -- "Mainstream media is threatening our country's future" by Patrick Caddell.
Julius Streicher, Adolf Hitler's favorite newspaperman, after hanging at Nuremberg.
You know, as I said to several people at this weekend's Gun Rights Policy Conference, if the re-election of Obama (a better than fifty percent chance) leads to a civil war (another than better fifty percent chance) and we use Nuremberg rules in the aftermath, more than half of the so-called "mainstream press" will meet Julius Streicher's fate.

A caution about the Nuremberg rules:

They were, not even at the time, considered "justice" or even in line with Constitutional values.

The trials were, judicially speaking, a farce. They were all about payback and decapitating German National Socialism. This is simple fact.

Nuremberg was ran by the same folks who committed mass war crimes in Dresden just months before, and by those who allied themselves with the Red Army- the same one that raped its way across Europe on the march to Berlin.

Likewise, Mr. Clinton established a precedent- one that I am not sure it is wise to follow. Mr Clinton established many precedents. None that I know of are worthy of "us".

There's a clear caution visible here about not becoming the image of one's enemy.

Not becoming what one hates, because of that hate.

That means The Enemy has won.

Having said that, there must be consequences to certain actions, or they will always continue.

People do not change until the pain associated with staying the same is greater than the pain of changing.

Just simple math.

There is no doubt at all about this.

A fine line to walk, indeed.

There is no question in my mind that the American Press and the bulk of American Teachers and Professors are between them, 100 per cent responsible for what we are about to go through. May God place his almighty hand on those who survive, that they may have the strenght and the will to bring back our Republic.

AP, I think the issue is that the country or rather its leadership and media have already been reshaped into the image of the enemy.

The lying arse traitors of the press.
It is all Waco rules. Acorn, the NBPP voting intimidation, globull warming, No birth certificate, killing Keystone, obamacare, Egypt, Benghazi Gate, executive dhimmitude, operation Fast and Furious, crisis as a means Baby!
All that and so much more. Nazi rules, Waco rules, executive rule, illegal un-appointed extraconstitutional unaccountable czars, the traitor press, it is the Amerikan Nomenklaturer rules.

Mainstream Pravda. How insidious and egregious these peoples treason is.
Something emboldens them, something they know that gives them cause to come in from the red diaper baby cold and reveal themselves in all their treason with abandon and glee.

These commie sycophants and psychopaths of the obama regime are completely out of control.

They are trying to bring the entire world into conflagration.

Crisis, turmoil, and fear is the economic, political, social, and psychological weapon of choice for our very own totalitarian system of power.
The things that can be accomplished is unlimited, things that would never pass out in the open. Overwhelm, make the people afraid, get them to surrender their rights in the name of security, go along with things that if they knew the truth, would reject without hesitation. And once you have suckered the useful dupes, pull the rug out from under them, use them as cannon fodder to do the job of liquidating each other, that leaves those who will not be cowed, those who will fight for their Liberty.

Right on the mark . Been thinking about this to , and if you would care to research it ,you will find that the VERY SAME oligarch's family's who oversaw Lenin and Hitler's rise to power are behind this too !.

Arctic "Patriot", if you knew any history at all, you would realize that we will be applying a precedent much older than the Nuremberg rules: Samuel Adams' Those Who Are No Longer Our Countrymen standards applied to the Tories during and after the Revolution. The Tories didn't leave the United States for Canada and elsewhere voluntarily; they left because they knew they couldn't remain Tories and continue to live in America. The Patriots made that clear with fire and sword.

Now we are faced with the same scenario. The Fascist Left has declared through word and deed that they are TWANLOCs. They will not cease to try and destroy this country and its' Constitution, and they have proven, again and again, that they cannot be trusted if they say otherwise. The remedy is the same one the original Patriots applied: Leave or die.

I remember seeing film clips of those on trial at Nuremberg. Their hands shook uncontrollably. The same thing happened after the attempted coup, by hardliners, of Boris Yeltsin's attempt to establish a free government in Russia. I want to live to see that here. I want all those high and mighty unconstitutional filth,(and their praetorian guard) to stand in the dock of a People's Court. Given the "long train of abuses", there will not be much room for leniency. In fact, I would advocate for a much stricter interpretation of Uncle Ho Chi Minh's Policy of Leniency.

AP. I think you're right, but would you consider it unreasonable to put certain "persons" on a black list, never to be allowed into the field again?

Mr. MikeV: Your comment makes reference to retribution "after the war". Let's hope our side wins. I have my doubts given the population of the FSA and the craven, in-denial, normalcy-bias fence-sitters out there.
And, don't tell me that when the balloon goes up these folks that I have just described will flock to the banners. They will be part of Barry's snitch corps. This is going to be one tough road to hoe.

Also keep in mind that it was during his participation in the Nuremburg trials that the man who later became Sen. Thomas Dodd (D-CT) came into posession of the text of the 1938 Nazi weapons law that was the inspiration for his 1968 Gun Control Act.

The legal profession has a concept that applies and urges caution in cases like these. They call it "fruit of the poisoned tree".

The Press has a right to not have their freedom be infringed upon by government, but they don't actually owe us anything.

The restriction is on government, not the Press.

If we had maintained a free market, then competition for truth in media would provide many natural checks on lies.

In media, like as in other areas of the economy, the problem is not the businesses, but government.

After he saw the light and left Communism Whittaker Chambers responded to the optimism of William F Buckley who thought we -- the US and world in general -- had collectively turned against communism and the threat was dying out. He pointed out the futility of such optimism, expressing that it was already too late.

"It is idle to talk about preventing the wreck of Western civilization. It is already a wreck from within. That is why we can hope to do little more now than snatch a fingernail of a saint from the rack or handful of ashes from the faggots [note: slang for cigarets], bury them secretly in a flowerpot against the day, ages hence, when a few men begin again to dare to believe that there was once something else, that something else is thinkable, and need some evidence of what it was, and fortifying knowledge that there were those who, at the great nightfall, took loving thought to preserve the tokens of hope and truth."

We have already fallen to Communism, albeit "communism-lite" collectivism, lead there by power hungry self-anointed intellectual elites who have established a governing elite class, maintained and enhanced by a sycophantic lamestream media, who claim the control of the reins of America's future.

The Republican and Democrat parties are but the left and right wings of the same new national bird -- the vulture. The "independent press" is the method of delivering the defecation on us stooges below as the vulture picks over the carcass of our society.

Considering the Quisling Media, who has already publicly declared itself by word and/or deed to have taken sides with the Marxist/Communist insurgency presently populating this nation and some select portions of our government there is no question as to who stands with who, where and why..

What remains to be seen is how many survive to be judged and how much we can sell tickets for the new treasury.

History has shown that media and other influential players who side against the people never fare well in the outcome even if they should succeed temporarily. Look to the Nazi occupation of Europe, SE Asia after we left, my personal favorites.. Mussolini and the Ceausescu family.. there are many more through out history but the perpetrators and their Quislings never last long.. if it hadnt been for the US even the Nazis would have been rubbed out like the criminals they were by the Soviets.

What bothers me more about this topic than the who or why is the assumption that we still need legal justification to destroy them for their crimes against us.

Self defense Never needs justification.

Would you not kill the parasite in your body that attacks it ?
Would you not kill the attacker who attacks your family ? In the absense of law would you not hunt down and kill the repaers of your women ?..of course on all counts, so why we should we require justification to defend our present and future liberty from this "at home, next door neighbor, fellow worker.. " traitor scum who is actively engaged in robbing us and our families to come of their essential right to live free.

No Thanks, I'll pass on that one. I'll handle what ever guilt "may" arise whenever I might get to gaze in my children's eyes knowing it was us who rid them of the parasites who would make them and their children slaves.

You won't have to worry about the world post-Obama re-election, at least not much of it. That cancer is doing its work, huh? How fitting: one tumor puts an end to another.

Give the worms my best, will ya?
