The evil is upon them all & they will come to viciously curse Jody Keeku's name.

Be advised. The Supreme Court has decided that when it comes to ATF misconduct the only right you have is to an unfair gun fight.

An e-mail from David Olofson's attorney:

From: "William J. Olson"
To: "Larry Pratt"
Cc: Herbert Titus; Bob Sanders; John Miles; David Hardy; Stewart Rhodes
Sent: Tuesday, October 13, 2009 10:35 AM
Subject: Olofson -- Sup Ct Denial of Petition for Cert

Larry --
This morning, the Supreme Court denied David Olofson's Petition for a Writ of Certiorari (as usual, without comment). The Court's Order is attached (the Olofson order is listed on p. 4). -- Bill.

My thoughts on this outrage.

Thus, in the scant few words of the e-mail above, does the Supreme Court confirm that it is impossible to get a fair trail in federal court where ATF misconduct is concerned, and that now the most that any of us can hope for when approached by ATF agents is an unfair gun fight.

So be it.

The time will come, when all the horrible unintended consequences of this case play out, that ATF agents will fervently curse the name of their fellow agent Jody Keeku and her vendetta under color of law against David Olofson. Nothing else the ATF has done in its long sordid history has marked them as an unconstitutional, feral gang of thugs like this case. No, not even Waco. For after all, at Waco it was the FBI and Delta who committed the final mass murder of the Davidians (albeit in the ATF's name).

But this, THIS, was deliberate misconduct -- cold, calculated, buttressed and defended -- by the entire system, upheld by two Justice Departments in two administrations of both parties. The evil, and it IS evil, is upon them all.

For now, my fellow Three Percenters, we watch and wait. But be alert and be advised. The Supreme Court has just confirmed that you cannot count on a fair trial in the federal system. That limits an honest man's options rather severely.

Oh, yes, they and their putative masters will one day viciously curse the name of Jody Keeku. You may depend upon it. And they will have no one to blame but themselves. The stupid, tyrannical bastards. They just invoked the Law of Unintended Consequences, and they will, in time, be convicted under it and be punished by it.

And in the background, mockingly, they will hear the spectral echo of the voice of Frank Zappa across the decades . . .

"Do you love it?
Do you hate it?
There it is,
The way you made it."

PS: Something else they can thank Jody Keeku for -- it was the Olofson case that got me off the sidelines and back into the cold war with the federales. Way to go, Jody!

You might consider bold-facing and underscoring, "For now, my fellow Three Percenters, we watch and wait."

Just to make sure someone doesn't do a 'Sumter'.

Food for thought...

Heh.
Brown Shoes.

Don't see too many Mother's references these days.

And the Olofson case does indeed just bring us one step closer to "go time", if you will.

At least they continue to clarify the rules by which they wish to play. Like the guards at the WWII death camps, they can never say, "We didn't know!"

A fair shake in the Federal Criminal justice system?

Ha! Ha! Ha!!!

Most criminal lawyers I know won't even take these cases because they don't like going to gunfights armed with spitwads.

Mike,
Sounds like the opening chapter of "Absolved" ringing ever more true. . . .

As the Jamaicans say---"All is soon coming". And the time is running out on the mass of the most egregious offenses will be redressed.

This is worst than anything so far, as the high court must be on the take also. The Rubicon has been crossed.

Reap what you sow. A very bad moon is upon us. May God bless all of us on the eve. I had looked to the Courts save us.

And to Doc, Sumter will not come from any true 3@r.

What these evil retards fail to apprehend is that our reverence for the Bill of Rights (part what THEY assert is a binding contract) is actually protecting THEM from US.

The moment that the people set aside, in forlorn exhaustion, our faith in these documents, any shred of "Rule of Law" is gone.

From that moment, the only Law remaining is that of the Jungle; condemning these evil retards to "nasty, brutish,& short" lives, as whimpering, piss-soaked prey.

Fort Sumter is being fired upon by the government.

Pickdog, I disagree...someone will eventually snap and then more restrictive enforcements to take place leading to even more dissent. We may be left with little choice but to defend or die alongside liberty.

I'd rather live, but if forced, well, bring it, goons...I won't be the only one leaving a grieving widow.

I still don't understand how Olofson was convicted. Yes, I'm aware it's a kangaroo court, but given that the ATF tested the firearm twice, the first time working properly and the second time malfunctioning as a "machinegun", didn't his attorney raise the FACT that at the time the ATF received the gun and tested it the first time, it was NOT a "machinegun" and only after further tinkering by the ATF and a second test, was it converted by the ATF into a "machinegun"?

QED: No transfer by Olofson of a "machinegun" occurred.

Does anyone have a copy of the court transcripts? This sounds like ineffective assistance of counsel - or a court far more prejudiced against our rights than even you describe.

What constitutes a Ft Sumpter? If you can't get a fair trial, then the unfair gunfight is all that is left. Where is the line in the sand. If not a Sumpter, then maybe an Alamo.

My heart goes out to the Olofson family for the horror of this injustice.

Personally I’m angry, our nation as been over ran by tyranny and the average person seems unaware of its presence.

There’s an old saying about “No justice, No peace”

It reminds me of the Herman Melville poem after the civil war;

“For a pal came on the land and the people in their weeping bear an iron hand, beware the people weeping that bear an iron hand”

This nation is now weeping, every day we lose 11,000 jobs; 1.5 million homes have been foreclosed with 4 million more mortgages in trouble.

As of June 30 of this year, 1882 Banks were given an “F” rating with an additional 1800 banks right behind them all destined to fail or be taken over.

The stock market is climbing on the delusional notion that a weakening dollar means more exports, but you must have manufacturing base to take advantage of that scenario, something we no longer have.

The only thing left is the that the US dollar is the reserve currency of the world but we are losing that as well.

As I read these blogs and the comments from various people, I find something interesting.

With a very few exceptions, the authors all seem to be intelligent, educated, and well-read. Articulate and more than able to pen thoughts to paper in a reasonable and passionate manner.

Not the ramblings of the faceless, hateful, mind-numbed, ignorant moonbats TPTB typically paint us as being.

If I was a FED, and had any intelligence at all, I'd be scared to death.

I have a dream that one day, somewhere in our country, an intrepid Sheriff will deputize a posse of men to go after the local Federal judge, prosecutors, Federal marshals, IRS agents etc. etc.. After rounding them up, they will frog march them down the highway to the county line. And, like Sheriff Will Teasle in Rambo, they will warn them never to return.

Of course, I also fantasized about the Sheriff of McLennan County, Texas forming a posse to arrest and expel the BATF, FBI and military besieging the Branch Davidians. That, unfortunately, did not happen.

Well I was going to cheat anyway.
