The Earth could be headed for a 'mini ice age' researchers have warned. A new study claims to have cracked predicting solar cycles - and says that between 2020 and 2030 solar cycles will cancel each other out. This, they say, will lead to a phenomenon known as the 'Maunder minimum' - which has previously been known as a mini ice age when it hit between 1646 and 1715, even causing London's River Thames to freeze over.

Seriously... pie?
Low kinetic energy, no penetration, just noting.
It doesn't matter. Getting colder, or getting warmer, it will be our fault, and the government will need to control us to stop it. It's not about climate, it's about control.
Personally, I hope it does get colder. A lot colder. The unforgiving winter of the north is what forced that prehistoric tropical primate to develop the intellectual and social traits that ultimately led to what we call "the 1st World."
Seems it's a lesson in need of re-learning.
When life gives you free ice, buy more booze.
Didn't Al Gore tell us in 2008 that the ice caps would all be melted by 2013? It's 2015. The Earth's ice caps are not only still there, but exactly the same as they ever were, to the limits of measurement.
In science, when a model makes predictions that are contradicted by reality, we discard the model.
Therefore what Al Gore and the "global warming" scamsters are doing isn't science, it's politics.
