While I am in no way a supporter of a rush to judgement, the foot dragging of the court system only serves to protect the guilty. The facts are in. Why would it take months to read the material, then a judge make a ruling? I feel certain that millions of Americans feel as I do, that the administration in general, the justice department in particular, are so corrupted, that they are beyond repair. Think about a system that uses your tax dollars to protect guilty shit bags. Attorneys will tell you that everyone deserves a defense; but why not out their own pockets? Why should we have to pay for scum buckets we despise? Think of it as tyranny, because if you don't pay, you'll have so many guns pointed at your head, you'd think you were a dog target on Parris Island. Pathetic!

Protect the guilty? Often times (and becoming ever-more-prevalent) our just-us system is used to railroad the innocent (see the Reese family as just ONE example).

I'm sure you were speaking directly to the rash of corrupt government officials we see constantly breaking laws, perjuring themselves during sworn testimony before Congress and violating their oaths to the Constitution with tyrannical edicts and treasonous actions...

However, the reason we (as a society) should "pay" for the defense of anyone accused is b/c of the power of the government to abuse political enemies. With the vast resources and wealth of the government (real or imaginary...by way of borrowing and stealing)...most individuals are no match and make no mistake, "justice" today is for sale to the highest bidder.

Frankly, what you're talking about isn't reality anyway. The higher up the ladder socio-economically, the less likely it is that the accused will use a 'public defender'. The citizens often still "pay" for these high priced attorneys for the connected....but it's usually not directly through tax dollars, but from the corruption the accused has committed while in public office that has allowed them to amass a fortune by stealing from their constituents.

I know you know this SWIFT....so maybe I'm just reading your comment wrong.

All the best,
Sean

I'd cheer if Holder was kidnapped, tried in a "people's court" and his execution video taped. He is a disgusting human.

And yes, I would say it to his face.
