What about the Soviet parachute shaped-charge grenades that seem purpose-build for lightly-armored MRAP roofs? Anything Soviet can be improved on and done DIY in HS metalshop.

They will need fuel, lots of fuel, which is unfortunately Diesel/JP8 (not wonderful MoGas), but it does come in trucks. The weak spot on a modern DI Diesel engine is how critically-clean fuel has to be or else the injectors will get trashed RFN. Fuel filters jam up fast, too. At first, crews won't know what to do. A set of injectors + labor might be 5 figures (or 12 in NewZim US D), with expected delays and wrong parts sent in the right boxes. Towing big vehicles home is not fun.
I don't recall MRAP interiors being that luxurious, unless DHS has contracted to get the leather-interior and ghetto-shine Eddie Bauer upgrade package during cop-prep for American streets. I've got a feeling that riding in a US-spec MRAP is a real step down from cruising in a Clown Vic during "to serve man" missions.
If the constitution is supposed to limit 2A rights to the mentally ill, why are we letting the mentally ill run the government? Isn't narcissitic, sociopathy considered to be a mental illness?
I went to my local sporting goods store today just to see the empty ammo shelves. I check in once a month to BS with the staff and ask the tired question of when more ammo will be coming in. Our side is all geared up for the war. On one day alone Dec 21 2012 177,000 firearms were sold . That is a line of people 3 feet apart 67 miles long.

These MRAP vehicles have to be strickly for urban warfare, something I want no part of. They look to be totally useless for off-road ops, even thought they are 4-wheel drive and I don't care what kind of diesel they have. Due to the fact that this administration wants a wide open border, don't look for them to be deployed there. These vehicles are to be used against us. The lies coming out of DHS are completely exposed and a prudent man will be ready for the Big One.
Block them in with other vehicles, put a bunch of brush and other combustibles underneath, and start a bonfire. Either the occupants will get out quickly, or they will bake in a 4WD oven.
Also, MRAPs suck off road. Fixed axles, too heavy, etc. Military had to design an off-road version for A-Stan (M-ATV). These ain't them. Strictly road bound.
Also, big flat roofs suitable for top attack if they roll down city streets. Read up on Grozny.
In the rural areas there are all kinds of neat tricks you can pull since they are pretty much road bound. The more restrictive the terrain (heavily wooded, etc.) the better.
You know, an interesting Psy-Ops campaign might be to begin posting a serious of 'Hypothetical' what if scenarios that explain who, for a video game for instance, such vehicals 'similar' to these could be easily defeated.

These vehicles have many important weaknesses:
They are too heavy to drive over 70% of the world's bridges.
They have shit visibility and situational awareness for what is going on outside.
They are very wide and don't fit down many urban streets.
They are prone to tipping.
They get about 3 mpg.
One word, thermite.
